Have had it for less than three months and it won't charge. Not the charger or charger cord as have tried way too many and none work - yet they will charge other devices. Luckily I'm in the return window, and nice that they give you a year to return it, but when you get minimal use it's quite frustrating and not worth the money saved if you have to keep re-buying and sending stuff back. iPad is in good condition, no cracks or scratches. The delivery was delayed and didn’t receive it until a week after it was supposed to be delivered. However, I can’t use it because they did not completely factory reset it. It was previously owned by a school district which I don’t have their log in information. Amazon support was no help just sent me to Apple. I’ve submitted a request to remove the school to allow me to use the iPad. ... show more
