It worked perfect. I only returned it because it was not a cellular tablet I wanted one I could get 5g on. I had bought one approximately 10 years ago and it’s worked all this time. It was also a refurbished tablet from Amazon.

    • iPad pro at a great price and in perfect condition with new battery.r
I have had the ipad pro for several months and its been great. One concern I had was if battery was used or not, but I tested it and it had only 1 charge cycle so it was brand new. One thing all iPad Pros suffer from is transfer speeds. The internal storage is very fast but Apple has done something to slow file transfers when getting files off the iPad, writing to the iPad can be very fast around 250 MBps but getting files off is more like 40MBps or even slower depending on what drive you use or hub. The fastest way I have found to get files off the iPad Pro is using an Amazon basics USB C data cable and connect the iPad directly to your MacBook Pro. I get around 100 MBps speeds when moving files from the iPad Pro to my Macbook Pro. A little update, if you format an ssd to APFS you will get 100MBps transfer speeds when moving files off the iPad to a usbc SSD. Still not the speed it should be but seems to be the best format if you can use it, however APFS is not for windows users only Apple. ... show more

I was nervous to buy this as I saw some bad reviews but after thinking about it I realized that it was a risk I was willing to take. I figured if it didn’t work out and the product was damaged, then I can just return it. However, it was perfect. No damage, not even little cosmetic issues. The batter is long lasting, everything works as it should, no problems. I already had the original apple chargers so I haven’t used the one that came with the product yet. I recommend giving this shop a try if you don’t want to pay for a brand new Apple product. ... show more

    • I don’t trust Amazon refurbished items
I really had positive hopes about the Amazon refurbished department. I am now left concerned and untrusting. I ordered a refurbished Apple tablet. I received it quickly and was surprised about the condition it came in. The exterior had lots of scratches and there was a significant scratch on the glass. If this is what the outside looks like of an Amazon refurbished item, I’m really concerned about the interior components. When I emailed the vendor I got the impression they did not want to take ownership of the concern. I flexed a little letting them know I will dedicate my life to getting a refund and that I will escalate it to Amazon. Well after having to reply a few times to them to get traction and having to take photos of every part of the exterior, they initiated a refund. It’s been over 14 days and still I have not received the money. I am sure I will get my money but “be concerned & cautious” for nearly $700 I got a very scratched up iPad that I returned, anxiety and a headache. I wish I could return the anxiety and the headache with the iPad. ... show more

This review is not about the iPad's features, performance, etc. Those type of reviews are available all over the internet and we know that this iPad is the best tablet you can get as of 2019-2020. But rather, this review is about the quality of the "renewed" iPad. If not for the packaging, you can't tell if this was ever been used before. Out of the box, there are some minor smudges, and a little fingerprints, but after cleaning it up and wiping it clean, not a single cosmetic flaw. It is like brand new. My friend has the same iPad that is barely a month old, so we tested and compared the battery life against each other while watching videos, or rendering a 4K video. Both our iPads have similar battery life and performance. I may be very lucky, but for a "renewed" product, this is an excellent deal! I got mine for $799 (12.9 inch, 512GB WiFi only). ... show more
