This review is not about the iPad's features, performance, etc. Those type of reviews are available all over the internet and we know that this iPad is the best tablet you can get as of 2019-2020. But rather, this review is about the quality of the "renewed" iPad. If not for the packaging, you can't tell if this was ever been used before. Out of the box, there are some minor smudges, and a little fingerprints, but after cleaning it up and wiping it clean, not a single cosmetic flaw. It is like brand new. My friend has the same iPad that is barely a month old, so we tested and compared the battery life against each other while watching videos, or rendering a 4K video. Both our iPads have similar battery life and performance. I may be very lucky, but for a "renewed" product, this is an excellent deal! I got mine for $799 (12.9 inch, 512GB WiFi only). ... show more

I have had the ipad pro for several months and its been great. One concern I had was if battery was used or not, but I tested it and it had only 1 charge cycle so it was brand new. One thing all iPad Pros suffer from is transfer speeds. The internal storage is very fast but Apple has done something to slow file transfers when getting files off the iPad, writing to the iPad can be very fast around 250 MBps but getting files off is more like 40MBps or even slower depending on what drive you use or hub. The fastest way I have found to get files off the iPad Pro is using an Amazon basics USB C data cable and connect the iPad directly to your MacBook Pro. I get around 100 MBps speeds when moving files from the iPad Pro to my Macbook Pro. A little update, if you format an ssd to APFS you will get 100MBps transfer speeds when moving files off the iPad to a usbc SSD. Still not the speed it should be but seems to be the best format if you can use it, however APFS is not for windows users only Apple. ... show more
