I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others: this HappyRun G50 Pro e-bike is dangerously defective and the company provides no meaningful support. My bike arrived with serious mechanical and electrical issues — faulty brakes, bent components, and a throttle that failed within weeks. Two professional repair shops in Las Vegas inspected it and refused to work on it, calling it unsafe to ride due to structural concerns. After months of trying to resolve this through HappyRun and Amazon, I was repeatedly sent canned messages from the seller offering only “warranty parts” and vague promises. Amazon’s own leadership team confirmed a refund, yet nothing has been resolved. This e-bike can reach 30+ mph, and with the defects mine had, it could cause serious injury or worse. Buyer beware — this product should not be sold until the manufacturer fixes its quality control and support process. I’ve documented everything and escalated this as a product safety issue. I strongly advise against purchasing this brand until Amazon enforces proper accountability. ... show more

I bought this bike last october and recieved it in less then a week.After assembling and putting it together i was amazed and happy with just how good it looked all except the damage that was done to the headlight and turn signal from the postal service but i emailed happy run and they sent me the replacement parts to fix my bike quickly and promptly.After replacing the parts i was so happy and excited and how good the nike ran and how fast it went it is a awesome bike.I use it to go on the forest perserve trails by my house i also go e biking with my kids and i even used it to get to and from work.All around its a awesome bike and it a great company to order from if your looking for good quality service ... show more

“I bought this e-bike for my son, but the front wheel was not even/aligned properly. While riding, he lost control and had a serious fall, resulting in a broken arm that required surgery. This product is unsafe and poorly made. I cannot recommend it to anyone—safety should always come first.”

Great bike, bigger than I though it would be. My son loves it. Wish it had tracking already installed on it. We glued an apple AirTag on it. The alignment is a little off.
