THIS BIKE IS VERY NICE. I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND MY SIGNAL LIGHTS AND TAIL LIGHT HAS STOPPED WORKING. I'M NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED BUT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE AND THEN ONE DAY I PULLED IT OUT TO RIDE AND THEY WEREN'T WORKING AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET THEM TO START TO WORKING AGAIN. I HAVE PURCHASED ANOTHER ONE ALREADY BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED YET. I HOPE THAT NOTHING WIERD HAPPENS WITH THIS ONE THAT'S ON IT'S WAY. After a year of ownership and hard riding by a teenager this bike is still going strong. Durable bike Only issue we had was a display issue and it was resolved quickly by Cindy on the customer service team. The battery lasts for many miles on throttle only. Max speed for us was 36mph. I loved putting this bike together. I also loved how easy it was to build. I did have a hand witch I would suggest for anyone. Extra eyes is always nice. I will say it was nice learning how to ride it the five power levels are nice as far as governing the speed. Cruse control is nice easy to learn how to operate. It is very high off the ground so it may be hard to get on for some. I am 5'8" I think any shorter of a person will have problems getting on it. But that don't mean you cant figure it out. I will send a video of me getting on it so you can see. Battery is a little tight but drops into place pretty nice. It is best if you kind of set it in a little fast to get the key to lock. lights and blinkers are very nice. Seat is nice too. I did not realize there was a horn and that works good too. Easy to set up with tools may need a few short Alan wrench sets to make assembly faster or easier more less. was hard with the ones provided. Thank you Happy Run. ... show more

I won't even give a star but, I have to. Amazon needs to stop selling this bike. I got mine in January and the battery went out in first month took another month for a reply and two months ago my motor died and they have yet to respond to the issue. I've written multiple emails and even sent a picture of the code on the screen. They do not care about the customer only the money. Do not buy this bike or any from this line. Their warranty means nothing ... show more

It goes fast as you want it to go (35mph) battery last a long time It's everything I was looking for in a bike and the great stylist fun look is cool. I would highly recommend it. It also has great brakes which are hidrolick not like the the cheap ones that others sell. Thumbs up on this bike. The bike is very comfortable just wish you could stretch your legs a little more. It was very ease to assemble and took about half hr from taking it out of box to riding it. Get some mirrors and you are all set to go ... show more
