Bike arrived earlier than Amazon had anticipated. The packaging was impressive and almost exactly like the video on Amazon shows. I had my 6, 5, 4, and 2 year old help me. Could have taken 10 to 15 minutes to have complete set up and ready to go, but I wanted to do it right so I followed the video frame by frame and had already played it multiple times. My oldest 16 year old son lifted the bike up so I can slide the front wheel in like the video (you will need another adult to do this part). The bike is very sturdy, very impressively constructed frame. The shifter is a well known brand, everything else I am not sure about. The quality seems to be there. It is a heavy bike although I was able to bring down a couple flight of stairs by myself (I am about 5'9" or 5'10", and about 152 pounds). Not a small bike; a great bike but not for everyone. I can comfortably touch the ground, after inflating the tires I kind of still touch the ground fully, but not as fully. Very comfortable seats. The kick stand is one of the best I have seen, not sure what the complaint about the bike tipping over came from. I tried it many ways and shook the bike from different directions and very sturdy, not worried abou the bike tipping over. The mother does say that it is 1000W, not sure why it's being promoted at 1500 to 2000+ max; the motor clearly says it's 1000W. I was able to get 33.33 mph max on the kick stand with pedaling and going down a hill I can see 36+ mph. I was very impressed with how good this bike rides, how easy and how comfortable and easy to handle for a bike this size. The bike is bigger and heavier than expected, but very sturdy and seems very durable, that's the trade-off. I recommend riding it on level 1 support and gear 3 and go easy on the throttle until you get a hold of it. If you go easy on the throttle it won't jump, if you go full throttle it will jump. After 10 to 15 mins practice I feel very confident riding the bike and feel it paying the price was justified given it came with 2 batteries. I still would like to lay closer to $1,000 or $1,200 even with the batteries given it's only 1000W and not the advertised 1500W to 2000+W. Not sure why the exaggeration when the bike itself is very powerful. Definitely don't recommend riding without the electric support at least on level 1 unless you are trying to get a good leg workout. The bike was good for the knees and it could easily replace a stationary gym bike if you don't use the electric support (nice deal here). Overall 5-Star for me if everything holds... bicycle came fully charged and after trying it out many times and even riding for 10 to 15 minutes it was still fully charged. As of now it feels like money well invested and a wise purchase. I don't tend to usually leave review but was inclined to do so after my day one experience with the bike. If you are 5'9 or taller, this bike woud be great for you if it holds; the bike does come with a 1 year warranty. I am not sure about customer support since I did not need it. The manual also was in English and had pictures. Again, if the bike holds I will be very happy with this purchase even though the motor Wattage is not as advertised. I did not not receive any reward or gift card or any recompense to write this review. I don't usually write reviews, but do read them and heavily consider them when making a purchase. It tends to be one of the main factors for me when buying online. Hopefully this helps. I will update this review periodically as the bike holds. ... show more

Firstly, if you dont want attention dont buy this bike! I cant ride this thing anywhere without people taking their phones out to get picture of it or an amazon link to buy one for themselves. This was a breeze to assemble and is simple to operate. Customer service was phenomonal and responsive to questions and concerns. Im also pretty sure there is a generous 1 year waranty. As far as performance its got great battery life and pushes enough power to climb hills with ease. All in all is a great deal for the money. Its a bit on the heavy side so i wouldnt recomend for very small people. I am very happy with my purchase. ... show more

Review: Extremely Disappointed – Major Issues Right Out of the Box I was really excited to receive this e-bike, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Right out of the box, I started getting Error 25, which already indicated there was an issue with the bike’s motor or sensor. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it just needed a reset or adjustment. But the problem didn’t go away—now the bike doesn’t even turn on properly. The screen only powers on briefly from temp to 10, and then cuts off again, making it completely unreliable and unusable. On top of that, the chain constantly falls off, making it unsafe and extremely frustrating to ride. I’ve tried tightening it and making sure everything is aligned, but the issue keeps happening. This isn’t what I expected from a brand-new e-bike that I paid good money for. I had high hopes for this bike, and I really wanted to love it, but these recurring issues have completely ruined the experience. I haven’t even been able to use it properly due to all the problems and at this point, it feels like I received a defective product. I’m hoping the company does the right thing and either offers a full refund or sends a replacement bike that actually works as advertised. I truly believe in giving products a fair shot, but this one has been a major letdown. Please make this right ... show more

The bike was packed well. It's a little on the heavy side, but it certainly seems sturdy. The directions were fairly straight forward. We bought 3 and the 3rd one went together much smoother. It helps to have a socket set and a second person. It's bigger and the seat is taller than I expected. Shifting and braking are very smoothe. Only complaint is that one of the bolts on the handlebar cradle was bent and the head was damaged. It was a big pain to get out. I had to buy 4 replacement bolts because the original are chrome and I could only find black ones in the correct size. Also, I had to use some thin wall tubing on the handlebar base to take up space and keep the handlebars from slipping. I used a little teflon tape on the bolt threads just for good measure. Overall very happy with the bike. On the first ride it easily climbed a quarter-mile long hill of about 20 degrees. Looking forward to riding trails with it. ... show more

I did a lot of research before I purchase two of these electric bikes for me and my wife. It has all the good features. It is a definite adult size bike. Very smooth ride shifts gears very well great electronic speedometer, and battery. Meter you can’t go wrong buying this bike.
