This bike was super easy to assemble. It came with all the necessary parts and tools (I did use some of my own tools because it was easier). I purchased this bike for my son, who is in college, and he said instead of driving 30 minutes to school in traffic, with this bike (which goes 30 MPH) he can get to school in less than 5 minutes!!! Gotta love technology, this bike, and bike lanes!! In full disclosure, a few weeks after we bought the bike, the LCD stopped working and the motor would not work. We reached out to the company through the Amazon message service. They asked a few questions to troubleshoot the problem and promptly sent us the replacement part. Once received, I quickly assembled it and the bike is fully functional again. This company was amazing to work with!!! Heck, I am thinking about buying another one just for me to roll around town!! It’s a nice bike but if you run to troubles to get parts no where to find it where you are and for them to send you parts takes 15 days watting I have problems with the bike charger blown out to assemble the bike just a little video no manual from the manufacturer I recommend that if you get this bike get warranty coverage I did that but watting for the charger 15 days is out of my mind and save the box where came in is 30 days for return comunication was ok with the company iam glad that I returned to them bike is nice but that charger was cheap that blown out in 3 days for me parts be and issue to get it on time and places where they sell bikes won’t touch it cuz s not from their store and don’t carry parts for that type of bike. Good luck any body if you patient for waiting the bike is a nice bike 😊 ... show more

i added a second battery 48 v triple the range throttle im 240 up graded the forks rides like a cadillic top speed 37 mph gone 50 miles had 3rd battery left

First electric bike I have ever had and I love it so much. I do not really care for the exercise that comes from a normal bike I just love being able to go outside and ride around. This bike lets me do that, it is comfortable and after riding for almost two hours my butt does not hurt. The bike is really fast, I have hit 40.8 mph and have gone 24 miles on a single charge. You could get far greater range, but I ride rough so use a lot of power. Customer service has been great, I had a flat tire, and broke the break handle, and they shipped out the needed parts right away. One complaint is that the battery is not secure enough, it would have been nice if there were guard rails alongside it to protect it from falling out, which has happened twice. The bike is very capable off road and I have been able to get up some pretty steep dirt hills. Buy this bike, it is a great value other reviewers stating the seller is slow to respond is simply not true. You need to be patient because of course the parts are coming from China. ... show more

This transaction was rocky initially, with a couple of failed communications with the company. What was a brief error on the electronic display turned out to be a seemingly never-ending quest to find the correct settings at the time (volatile human emotion and impatience seem to be our great failings as a species-I'll own up to that here). The quality and power of the bike was never in question. The K800 2,000W is an excellent e-bike; it's quick, sleek, and powerful. It hits 35 with ease and is quick in doing so. Where this company/seller excels, however, beyond the quality of the bike, is the customer service. Once contact was finally consummated, message after message transpired, from emails to texts to conversations on WhatsApp. They were committed to solving the problem, which is hard to find in a seller or a business. At the end of the day, definitely a company and a product worthy of praise. ... show more

The bike took some time to arrive but the ebike itself looks quite sleek and is very powerful to match it, so if that is your thing then this is a good option. Although the manual is a bit vague its simple to put together and customer support from the seller is good.
