Bought this because I’m between Boston Scally Cap sizes. Their S is a little too tight while their M/L is too big. So I bought this hat stretcher, size S, and at first it worked great but I had to extend it all the way out. Now however, the hats are stretched almost to my perfect size but are unfortunately just a hair too big for the S size hat stretcher. I have now ordered the L size stretcher too. ... show more

I used it stretch a few fitted hats that were tight. I don't think it will stretch up a size, but it will stretch a tight fitting hat

I hate making returns. After buying a fitted cap sized between a recently purchased too small cap and a too large cap, purchased the stretcher, and voila, works perfectly. Cap fits perfectly.

It works, but for my hat size, 7 1/4, it stretched the width too much before it stretched the length. Probably work better on larger hats.
