I’m a big guy 6’1” with a 32” inseam and 340lbs this thing is like a monster truck of e-bikes. It’s big, powerful, and fun as heck. It came 85-90% assembled and also included every tool necessary to put together and there decent quality tools. It pulls me up hills without pedaling just fine. Especially with dual motors on. With only the rear you feel it bog down but flip the switch and it just pulls. Top speed I can’t really say I don’t seem to have enough road but it’s plenty fast for me, in mode 1 it’s around 12mph. In 5 it’s upwards of around 30+. I can’t speak for range yet as I’ve only put about 10 miles on it and the battery still shows full. I’m thrilled about it. Buy one you won’t regret it as long as you fit on it. For me I mainly bought it to ride around campgrounds and to explore the bike paths around town and it’s perfect for that. ... show more

Tested thoroughly and I'm very impressed. Both the bike and the customer service have performed incredibly well. The bike itself has performed above expectations. Solid, good looking, fantastic dual motors able to push even heavy person up a very steep hill, interface and controls work perfectly as long as you have all the cables fully connected, fast response in controls, headlight and horn integrated, etc. The power boost when you engage the second motor is impressive and fun. I love ever part of the bike. We lost the keys to the battery and the customer service was happy to assist rectify. This is one investment I don't regret. ... show more

    • No brakes! Zero customer service. Buyer beware!
The media could not be loaded. Bike was delivered late. Was great for a month then when my son was riding to school the rear brake failed causing him to wreck. I reached out to the company but have yet to hear back. Because it’s been over thirty days, Amazon will not do a return. The brakes literally malfunctioned within 30 days after the bike was delivered. My son missed two days of school because of the accident and the front rim is damaged. The rear brakes of course don’t work either so I’m stuck with a useless pile of garbage that cost over a thousand dollars and lasted 30 days. Buyer beware. I guess my only option now since the company won’t respond is to get a lawyer and talk with the better business bureau. ... show more

Manual is not very helpful on the function of the on/off switch on the handle bar. Does anyone know what this switch is for?????
