Excellent customer service! A part was damaged on arrival. In less than 24 hours they had the replacement part in the mail. This was not their fault, these things happen. Excellent customer service and the bike is amazing. I have no idea how they get all that power into a battery. This bike climbs steep hills 30 degrees incline without pedaling. It goes over 30 mph on flat ground without pedaling. First time use, my initial bike ride was about 5 miles and the battery still showed 100? This was a great purchase. Dual hub power. I am going to purchase another one. Great company.

The media could not be loaded. Yes! The blue version does exist lol. I love the color and look of it. I can't comment to much on the performance cause my bike came in with a broken color screen. Soon as a get another one, I'll revisit this review. They have great customer service, got back to me right away on my Issue. I also have to find a place to store it. It's too heavy to take up and down the stairs on the second floor. But as you can see it does fit in my apartment. As u can see in the second photo. Update! I love this bike! Man it's fast with those two motors! The color is pretty cool too! The color screen is definitely new age and very easy to read. Anybody who's 5'5" can also ride this bike despite what the recommended height is. Just push the seat down as far as it can go. That's it! Only thing I don't like is it's push button to turn on. The key is only for removing the battery. Best to take out when parked for long periods of time. First I didn't like how heavy the bike was but now I do cause it'll deter thieves. All and All. Great Bike!
