These are great chairs--far better than the wildly more expensive chairs i also have from Frontgate. Ordered two of these at the end of last summer and liked them so much i ordered four more. Best part--there was a shipping issue this time and only two chairs were sent. I'm the least patient person when it comes to mishaps like this. I am so happy with my purchase! I have been looking for a chaise for sometime now, and I finally decided on this one. It is a fantastic value and a very well made chaise. My first impression of a company is how well they package their product. Let me say the packaging was "primo", everything was labeled, and assembly was a breeze. Finally, a chaise that is built to last without breaking my wallet! It lays flat for suntanning purposes, and is very comfortable! I am planning to order another one to make a set.

I bought 2 of these and really like them except one of the cushion covers has defective zippers that don't work. They need cleaning and I cannot remove the cover and I cannot find any replacements from the company I bought them from.

Assembly wasnt too bad, took about an hour. The holes are drilled after the wicker it seems, so have a pair of needle-nose plies handy to fish out any loose plastic or screwing might be an issue. Holes lined up great. I am a bigger guy so I will update as I use throughout the summer. If you don't see an update then I must be doing well!

Chair is as expected. Sturdy and weather proof. The cushion, however, faded almost immediately and frayed and the ties fell off. THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT FOR THE CUSHION!! I have tried from the sellers store and a few others and nothing fits right. The seller claims that there is no replacement option (even purchasing full price outside of warranty). Very frustrating.

Ist one took a while, 2nd one easier to build. Sturdy, look great. Cushions are very nice but they do fade quickly in the sun so I recommend not tying them down and taking off when not in use, storing out of sun. Love them!
