I purchased This item there was a problem with the unit, I contacted the customer service they responded immediately requesting a short video to determine what the problem was, after reviewing it customer service contacted me and sending me a new unit, one day later I received a replacement it’s up and running now and I’m ready for my trip, I can’t say enough good about this company for the way they handle this situation. I would recommend anyone not to be afraid to buy any of there products, they are top shelf.

The first one I received was defective and had to be returned. The return process was very easy and credit was given quickly. The second one worked perfectly. I connected it to my trailer battery and powered an air compressor to inflate the tires. It will make a good clean backup power supply at home in case of power failure. The only thing I would ask for would be to include battery clamps so that you don't have to undo the battery to make a connection.

I've bought both the 1kw inverter and the 2kw inverter. The 1kw inverter: The screen is pretty hard to read because of the backlight, it washes out the digits that are actually lit up. (Needs window tint or something over it). Also the fans are way louder than they need to be. I'm only pulling 100W and I can't sleep with it next to me. Too loud for no reason. Also when it was unboxed, it rattled around. They did not do a good job securing the circuit board inside and it rattles around in there. Also Tamper resistant outlets should be outlawed. Annoying as hell. First thing I did was take it apart and remove those little trap doors for the outlets and secured the internal circuit board to resolve the rattling. The 2kw inverter: it is COMICALLY large. I opened the box and burt out laughing. I haven't even tested the functionality, it's mostly hallow and not heavy at all, but there is no reason it needs to be 4 times the size of the 1kw inverter. In my opinion, this company should go back to the engineering drawing board.
