Chairs both broke! Worst purchase ever. You can’t lean back in them at all. My son weighs 130 Lbs and he broke 2 chairs while lightly leaning back. Just usual use. Horrible product .

I'll buy BROBRIYO products again without a doubt and would love to see more products of theirs available on Amazon. I had a great experience with their customer service after finding one chair with a flaw. The product was well packaged and arrived with one chair having a broken armrest which I believe this happened during shipping. They responded quickly to my inquiry and sent a replacement part the same day I contacted them. Instructions for the repair was very straight forward and included images.

Edit #1: Seller reached out to me directly and is working to replace the defective chair. Aside from the chair breaking, it was a solid chair. Will update if the new one also breaks but I'm hoping it was just a single defective unit. I'm nowhere near the weight limit for this chair and after less than a month of use the back completely snapped off while leaning back (which is supported by this chair's design). I've had several office chairs that were around this price point and not one of them has broken so quickly. Would otherwise be a decent chair. It's not overly comfortable but it's in no way uncomfortable. It was easy to assemble and fairly portable.
