Update: I received my new case but the finger print sticky thing has ruined my love for this product!! It's a raised edge. I can see it and feel it. I need to get rid of it! Fits great, not too bulky. Quality is good. Seems to have a problem when using speaker phone. People say I am cutting out but when I switch back to ear it is fine. The cover over the camera does have an issue when shooting night shots. Like a shadow or glow. Months later I am still very happy with the case but now I am changing carriers and upgrading to Pixel 8 pro. So came right back here to buy a other case!! I am ina kayak and boat all summer or fishing in a river. I also do woodworking so water and dust are a big issue!! Plus I normally keep my phone a long time!! ... show more

I have to say I never leave reviews I just don't care to take the time to do it but I had to leave a review for this phone case so other people know how good it is. My baby was just playing with my phone sitting in a highchair and dropped it face down on the kitchen tile it made the most terrifying smack sound and I was convinced the screen had to be cracked. Nope. This isn't the first time that's happened either, I've been talking with my hands while holding it and threw it across the room it bounced off of the corners and was completely fine. But most impressive and I'm not making this up I dropped it in the pool it sank to the bottom of the shallow end maybe three or four feet and I bent down to pick it up so that took maybe 5 seconds it was underwater at least I took it out of the case and there was not one single drop of water on it I didn't even have to use a towel or anything to dry it off I just put it back in the case and it was fine. The case snaps shut to lock around the entire outside, it has rubber on the outside edges and is raised on the front cover around the edges so when it drops it doesn't drop right on the screen, and what was most important to me about this case is that it had a clear back so the collar of my phone could be seen because it's a really pretty creamy Pearl Rose color and looks beautiful with the black trim and light blue on the front cover, I would pay $100 for this phone case every day all day and I'm by no means well off. It's neither waterproof, nor dust proof. It causes an ungodly echo when talking on the phone, even with the little plug at the bottom pulled out. Dust and lint and everything else get behind the screen protector within minutes. Very disappointing, but as far as dropping it, it's held up fine. It's easy to put on, but difficult to remove from the case without warping the thin clear plastic on both sides. I wouldn't buy it again, but it wasn't a terrible price. ... show more

The case is nice and all but rather difficult to get the fingerprint scanner to work consistently. They provide these little scanner sticker things but it doesn't really help that much with the continued usage of the fingerprint scanner. It's great however to protect the phone it just doesn't really allow the fingerprint scanner to work as it should. ... show more
