The customer service is absolutely the best I’ve experienced with any product I’ve purchased. Seriously the gentleman I worked with went out of way to get my wiring harness replaced after I accidentally cut it. He saved my Florida trip. There NO SUSPENSION! You will feel every bump! The THROTTLE has NO GRIP! So it continues to slip causing you to readjust. Switching from forward to reverse/braking is TOO BUSY! ALL of three functions should have been in the THROTTLE. Speed is good! Folds easily! Heavy for me! Maneuvers well! It takes me door to door to places I otherwise would NOT be able to go.

We bought this scooter as a gift for our grandma hoping to help her move around a little easier. We received it several days ago. We gave it a try before giving it to her so that we could make sure the scooter is a good fit. Overall we really like it. It's super easy to assemble. It's also easy to fold up and put in the back of our SUV. The battery is easy to take out and charge. It takes about 2 hours for it to be fully charged. We are also very impressed by how easy it is to drive. It's very stable and smooth on the road. We even tried to ride it in our back yard, it seems to be fine driving in the grass. This scooter will be very helpful for our grandma. Can't wait for her try it.

I really would love this scooter but there are some problems I have with it: Reverse does not work Headlight doesn’t work Horn doesn’t work No brake feature if you are off the scooter, it will roll on very small incline. What I like is the portability of it is great-easy to fold and handle, good speed. If everything worked I would give it 5 stars

The pin holding the steering bar to rod is bent and basket doesn’t fit. I tried to contact seller on Amazon but Amazon didn’t go through. I love the scooter other than that. Hopefully I can get the pin replaced
