Amazing it has a connection for the car..although I’m not sure if I’d use it in the car. Does a great job at relieving lower back and neck pain. The heat setting makes it even better! I like a little bit more strength in my massage but it does a great job. It has multiple settings for someone who isn’t looking for too harsh of a massage honestly your fall asleep with this thing lol
