We received this chandelier 3 days after ordering. It was well packaged, and while the instructions for installation were very basic, anyone with experience installing a light fixture should be able to complete the project. The fixture is moderately heavy and should be well anchored. Once installed, we found that deciding whether to design the hanging lights in a circular pattern or randomize them was the first hurdle. We decided on a random pattern. Adjusting the length of each light was super easy, but because there were 37 of them, it took hours to get it “just right”. That was the second hurdle. The last decision is what color temperature to use. It allows for a warm to cool color palette, easily adjusted using the included remote control. We love this fixture! It is very reasonably priced when compared to other larger foyer chandeliers, looks great in the space and provides more than enough light. The remote control has on/off( the “on” is misspelled as “no”), fader control, color temp control, night light and timer functions. ... show more

All well with this product, no major complaints. I really wanted the 20 count but glad I didn’t because I would had have to reinforce my ceiling to support it. The 12 count is heavy. The adjustment wasn’t what I thought it would have been. It came preconfigured with a few inches adjustment. I really thought they all were the longest length where I can then make the circle design from the lowest point instead of the highest. Was hoping to have a long drop before the design. Good design in concept, poor quality and implementation. Lots of details in product description is not right from dimensions to mounting capabilities. I had to call electrician twice because of these errors. Seller had me run around to local hardware store and eventually gave up and ended up returning and reordering thought I'd not get missing parts again. And second order there were no missing parts like first but quality of what was there is not good. Most of the 36 crystals are drilled awkward and crooked. The silver part on some is worn or damaged, top plate isn't balanced and laser welds seem to be pulling away. I paid electrician for 3 visits already and didn't want to pay 4th time to take it off, because it does take many hours and price of labor has more than surpassed value of this product. Very poor quality, not worth the 1200 tag on it ... show more

It is a fantastic design. It looks absoluely amazing. Just be careful on the weight of the product. It might not work for everyone. We have high ceilings and it looks gorgeous. The light is not very bright though so if you are looking for something very bright it is not the case, but it is really going to depend on the size of your room. It is a beautiful light but we had problems with the dimmer from the start. If you kept it on bright it would be pretty steady light. If you tried to dim it it would flicker. Then it began to have a pause before it would come on and then it would flicker constantly. Sometimes it comes on with the white light and other times would come on with the warm light. Now it has stopped working altogether. We have had it in installed for 30 days. It was for our remodeling project so it sat for 30 days before installation so the Amazon return policy is expired. This product advertises a 5 year warranty so we are hopeful that is the case. Amazon said they could not help us with that. So we are calling upon the manufactural Haixiang to respond to us via this review section. We are hopeful they will respond to us here. Thank you! ... show more
