It's super high quality and an excellent addition to any kitchen, but without instructions it is very difficult to use something like this. I am at a loss for words for a realistic review with these products that have had so much technology and craftsmanship put in them, but nobody thinks to make a manual. They just take a really nice "thing" and place it in a box. Expect people to already know how to use it. Well, I came back to edit the review after messing with the machine a bit. I am leaving the frustrated part because anyone who buys this machine is going to want to voice that same frustration when they tear the box apart looking for a manual and do not find one. Basically, I watched some videos and here is what I learned. First of all, this machine has two portafilters, one regular with a 1 cup and a 2 cup filters. It also has a capsules funnel portafilter, but I have no idea what that is. If I had a manual maybe I would know. I used the basic portafilter and placed a 1 cup filter in there with some espresso grounds and twisted the portafilter in place and pressed the 1-cup button. It basically exploded because I did not lock the portafilter in place all the way. You really have to force it to lock in properly. After cleaning the huge mess, I next tried the 2-cup portafilter and properly locked it into place. No explosion. Great cup of espresso. I am concluding it is an excellent machine and well worth twice the Amazon price. I just wish it came with a manual or the company offered some customer service to have answered my questions, but most sellers on Amazon have anonymity and cannot be reached. Maybe if the seller of this product provided a video, things would be nicer. Highly recommended.

Pretty good for a budget home espresso machine, but not professional or commercial quality by any means. You are very limited in function and customization. That's okay, if you are learning or just want the basics. It does privide a good espresso, and the cup feature is interesting, good for a quick no measure espresso. The milk streamer functions well.

Excellent espresso machine. I ran to get the little pods that fit this machine. So convenient. I have another machine now and will use the other for the vertuo pods but this one i am so happy to get and will use the little pods with coffee flavors I've always wanted to try. I am new to a manual type espresso machine so I had to read instructions. Very easy once I figured out where the pod goes. And how to also use it with the coffee grounds. I felt like a real barista. Also comes with a steamer which is super awesome. I love coffee and this machine kicked my other one to the curb. Really great affordable quality machine. Looks very nice on my coffee counter.

I’ve had quite a few espresso machines but this one is the best. It takes a small footprint, but makes amazing coffee foam. It brews excellent espresso. The design is attractive, and the housing is made of real stainless steel (not plastic with metal-like finish like other, much more expensive machines). I love the thoughtful innovative features such as the cup filter captured in the filter handle but it is still easy to remove. This way the filter doesn't end up in the trash with the coffee grounds. Additional clever features: the dosing funnel, the floating handle inside the drip tray, even the design of the water tank that makes it easy to grab and remove the tank. Operation is simple, and the digital display is straightforward. Highly recommended.

Ding ding ding, 5 stars ✨️ . Listen up,for the price you can't go wrong for what you get. This is a nice sturdy machine and doesn't take up too much space under cabinet. 20 bar is a plus and milk foamer is a great addition. Comes with 2 sizing caps and another addition for K cups whi h is great for when you just feel like a K cup. Well made but not all parts are stainless steel, just the important parts needed for the 20 bar pressure. Performs really well and worth the price.
