3 Firesticks, 3 failing Firesticks. Purchased a warranty for the 3rd one from Allstate Protection Plans. Attempts to obtain a replacement results in people from India hanging up on you. Evasive and dishonest. The phone number in the policy does not reach Allstate, it reaches Amazon...in India of course. Long holds on the phone. Bureaucratic BS. They acknowledge they see the purchase record. It is a 25 dollar piece of junk for which you must waste a frustrating hour on the phone with India evading their responsibility. Just buy an Apple, don't waste your time or money with the Amazon liars, Firestick junk.

My fire stick stopped working in 7 months time. I paid for the warranty. Tried to use it today. My only options are to pay 15 dollars for a new one or send it in and wait approximately 3 weeks for mine to be fixed. So basically I can pay half of what I spent only 7 months ago or wait three weeks to get mine working again. Waste. I will not give 15 on principle. Iām going to TARGET. They are sake today and they will treat a loyal customer better!

I received the Firestick but I got a defective remote so I had to order a replacement which I had to pay for. I fought to get the Firestick to work for 2 weeks, so I finally got another remote and everything is peachy

My fire stick went out within the warranty period with Amazon so this product protection would not work. It would need to go bad a full year after the purchase since that is the manufacturer warranty period. This is a low cost item and I would need to send it in for an unknown period of time for them to check since it still had warranty. I have been purchaseing these for all of my electronic items. No more. I do not recomment this product. By the way Amazon is taking care of me.

Purchased this coverage for an amazon firestick 4K. Husband spilled coffee on the remote. This is supposed to cover spills and accidents. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get this company backed by Allstate to replace the remote. Then they told me they could only replace the entire package including the firestick. I said ok. Then the girl told me that they could not refund or replace the firestick nor could they do anything about the remote. They said they would refund my insurance cost but I had to call back in and I refused to wait another hour on the phone to talk to a real person. This company insurance is horrible. Don't buy I would have given them zero stars but that was not an option.
