Excellent System I recently purchased Hiseeu 6MP PoE Secuirty Camera System, with two 5MP PoE Wired Security Cameras Outdoor/Indoor, 2-Way Audio, Color Night Vision, Remote Access for Home Surveillance. I am very satisfied with the product and value. This system is excellent. I am very pleased. Overall, this is an excellent system (cameras and NVR). The NVR initial setup was very easy. The settings and menus are intuitive. The NVR provides a few options for displaying cameras on the monitor (1, 4, 8 with one big display, 9 and 16). The cameras are high-quality with incredible image clarity. It’s easy to set up with POE and have great daytime and nighttime quality. It was very easy to set up and operate, with the mobile app being very intuitive. The app smoothly and flawlessly connected to the NVR system and works well to see through the cameras both live and playing back the recordings. I really appreciate the motion detection capabilities, with the ability to automatically follow people and vehicles. The video quality is incredibly sharp. Motion detection is responsive without being annoying, and the system runs reliably day and night. I’m very impressed with the clarity and overall performance. It delivers exactly what I wanted. Loving it so far and expecting great results for long-term.

I was really surprise on the quality and clarity of this cameras ..I really like the 360 view pan and the vertical tilt, that makes me feel secure because theres no blind spots. I loved the built‑in AI human auto‑tracking it does that automatically identifing and following any movement you make that was pretty awesome. it also detects vehicle movement but you have to custimize the area you want to detect so it wount detect every car passign by the street. I like this systme because it instantly alerts you through the NVR or mobile app whenever a human or vehicle enters . I installed this system at my Mom's house she is 86 years Old this system gives me a peace of mind knowying that shes ok when she out on the front and back yard watering her plants.. I like its full color night vision and the spotlight alarm mode . the lights flash momenteraly anouncing some one or something is out on view.. I think that is a preatty kool feature.. I highly recomende this system it wount brake your wallet... its very important to me to be able to see the cameras at all times with its remote access thru the mobile app specialy for free.. I had this system installed in one hour thats how easy it is.. I love it..

I originally installed an 8-camera Hiseeu PoE system at my home, and this 6MP system with two 5MP PoE cameras was purchased specifically to expand my setup from 8 cameras to 10. I just got this Hiseeu system that came with 2 6MB PZT camera with mic built-in. I am very familiar with the software and hardware. So, the installation was easy. The package came with 2 cameras, NVR system with 500gig hard drive. It is big enough for my purpose. I will get a bigger hard drive later. I was testing and made some small changes to the network settings, added a 3rd party camera using the ONVIF protocol connection. It is faultless. The images are super clear, high resolution and great color. Overall, I think it is a great system. Highly recommended.

I made the stupid mistake of buying this product. I ordered in May but I wasnt able to install it until some people stole 2K worth of tools from my shed on September, from the beginning I was having issues, one camera will take time to connect or it wont connect at all, then today I realized that my cameras were not recording, I checked it out and it says there is no hard drive, well immediately try contacting customer support, which they never pick up, so I had to chat with someone, well that person ask me which plug I was using, which Im using the one provided, then they wanted me to open the systems and check the hard drive, sending me videos as to how, why would I want to do all that? I didnt spend money to play technician!! and all this was while I was ask to send pictures of the setting etc etc, at the end they said it must be the hard drive! the HARD DRIVE MALFUNCTION IN 2 WEEKS! now I have to wait for them to send me, not a new system, no, just a new hard drive that I will have to install myself, what a piece of junk, I swear if I could return this I will do it in a heartbeat and purchase something better, I feel ripped off

I’m very satisfied with the camera quality. Was easy to set up. Plug and play. The PoE cables worked flawlessly, no lagging. The menu was user friendly but sections requires some in depth knowledge about IT related terms. Quality is great, and the real test was in the night using infrared features. It’s really clear and digital zoom also isn’t pixelated as some cameras. Overall it’s a good camera but I am not going to give 5 stars as yet, as one dome camera was leaking, apparently the seal is compromised. I contacted customer service and they took about a day to respond and promised they will send a replacement. When the replacement comes I will always come back and give 5 stars.
