I had these camera over 2 years I’m very satisfied with the camera quality. Was easy to set up. The cables worked flawlessly, no lagging. The menu was user friendly . Quality is great, and the real test was in the night using infrared features. It’s really clear and digital zoom also isn’t pixelated as some cameras. Overall it’s a good camera.

Incredible camera system. A little challenging to get set up at first, but with the assistance of Hiseeu customer service, I have created a surveillance system that rivals the bigger brands. My cameras will track people and vehicles that come into my area and the alerts are fantastic. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for an affordable robust system. Customer service went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me in any way they could. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I’m very satisfied with the camera quality. Was easy to set up. Plug and play. The PoE cables worked flawlessly, no lagging. The menu was user friendly but sections requires some in depth knowledge about IT related terms. Quality is great, and the real test was in the night using infrared features. It’s really clear and digital zoom also isn’t pixelated as some cameras. Overall it’s a good camera but I am not going to give 5 stars as yet, as one dome camera was leaking, apparently the seal is compromised. I contacted customer service and they took about a day to respond and promised they will send a replacement. When the replacement comes I will always come back and give 5 stars.

These camera have really clear pictures day or night vision. We have never had security cameras before and they were easy to install and the entire system is easy to figure out. I really like the feature that you can set perimeter boundaries and when the boundary is crossed , you get a alert. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a easy good quality security system.

This is the third security camera system I have owned in as many houses. The HISEEU system is by far the best system. The color night vision is exceptionally bright and clear the colors are amazing and the human tracking feature is awesome, after tracking the camera returns to its original position. The interface is easy to use, no jumping through hoops to get it up and running. When it arrived one camera did not work correctly, probably damaged in shipment. I contacted their customer service and had a new camera delivered to my door two days later. Don’t believe the bad reviews.

Cameras were great at first but now they keep acting up. Tried talking to cust service but they didn’t even know you could access from computer to make changes. They think I have to hook up a monitor and mouse to do things. Not happy as some of them keep trying to connect.

Hello people, I would like to relay my experience with a Hiseeu product. On Christmas day of 2024 my wife gave me a Hiseeu H5NVR-P16A bundle (POE NVR with 8 PTZ 4K/5MP cameras and 3T HDD) for a present. It was to replace an aged “OWL” system that was fading fast. About a week after Christmas, I unboxed it, set it up and tested it on the kitchen table. It worked perfectly and it was very well packaged, a tribute to the manufacture. Even though the manual that came with it was easy to read and very clear, I decided to use the informative and easy to understand “wizard” in setting it up. I changed the factory default password to mine, repackaged it and set it aside. It was cold and rainy out and not a good time to set it up outside. It was the end of February that I found warm enough days to start installing it. This was the first time I had had anything to do with POE and PTZ systems and can’t really compare it to others but the NVR and cameras impressed me with their quality of build. At the start of the installation is when the horror set in. I had forgotten my password. How am I going to get back in to the system? I went to the Hiseeu web site and used the chat option to get in touch with “Johnny” who worked for a total of about 4 hours to get me back in to no avail. He then kicked me up to “Jane” who explained it all again, and then to “Rus” who tried diligently also, with no luck. All of their instructions were very clear and correct explaining to download the app in the manual and proceed from there, (They were kind, I found this out by reading the manual again more closer). I then started thinking about it and discovered that I had downloaded the wrong app. I downloaded the right app and the rest of the procedure got me back in and can now use the system. I have to commend Hiseeu’s support they are the best and their system in exceptional. It is clear, does every thing as advertised, and has all the bells and whistles.
