Came out the box with rear tire flat for packing purposes i guess. They do provide a pump which was nice. I did have a pretty nice gash in the frame which chipped paint and some metal which is upsetting but it is what it is. Pics provided. Other then that it no regrets. ive rode 50 miles now and my brakes are rubbing making noise which is ok they just needed adjusting installer error. My daughter loves it she's 7yo. Bike is pretty quick honestly. If you fall at 25-30mph your going to feel it. Plenty quick for just fun joy rides with the family ... show more

I set up the bike the vidoe help alot since I dont like reading but pretty easy to set up once I finished setting up turned it on made sure ervything worked and took it to a parking lot and tested out the bike. Only thing I did see when I turned on the bike it showed it had 0.3 miles on it already not sure if it was due to test riding the bike before putting in boxes for shipping. But very fast I love that it has a horn. Very helpful anf that it had a brake light on it as well. As well love that it has a headlight ... show more

Bought two bikes, one for my wife and I. Like someone else had mentioned , if you order two, they do give two separate shipping labels and somehow received them 2 days apart. Also had a hiccup with tracking with the shipping company, but the product customer service reps were more than helpful here on Amazon and quick to respond, no complaints there. Had the the bikes for about three weeks and put about 40-50 miles on both. We love them. Assemble was a breeze, nothing crazy. Directions could be better if you’re not familiar with assembling bikes, but I had no issue. Bikes look great and overall ride great. We put a kid seat on back of ours similar to the one pictured, but we bought from somewhere else. Gotten up to about 28mph with about 200lbs on bike. Not many complaints except one: the pedals are too low to the ground. The clearance between the bottom pedal to the ground prob like 3 inches. Very easy to scrape if you are turning with pedals down, but is manageable! Also mentioned, the battery life, the farthest I’ve have taken the battery down to without charging is to about 25% and gotten about 20 -25 miles out of it. I tested this out twice already. So 70 miles as advertised will never be possible, but for me I don’t need anything like that without charging. If I empty the battery I’ll come back and post how many miles.. This is my first e-bike so my expectations are low, but like I said my wife and I both love them so far. I do recommend if you want something that looks good and pretty fun for leisure. ... show more

I purchased this bike by mistake, I had 2 similar items in my cart, I thought I ordered the other one which was more like a scooter bike. I contacted the seller and they mentioned it was difficult to return the bike and if I was willing to give it try. I did try it but honestly I don't like it. I guess I would have to sell and loose some money. It is a great bike just not what I was looking for. I wish I could of returned it. ... show more

Didn't even make it a half mile and the back tire exploded. Pretty sure the rim is bent and not sure if it happened during shipping or manufacturing but either way that doesn't matter. We filled the tire to 19PSI. It was incredibly dangerous and we had to basically carry it home. Super disappointed. Waiting for the seller to get back to me now. ... show more
