These beautiful professional grade scissors by SEIMEINEN have exceeded all expectations! The designer truly thought of everything for both the comfort of the individual receiving a haircut, and for the ease of cutting by the stylist, whether amateur or professional. The scissors fit very nicely in the hand, making them comfortable and easy to use. They come with removable silicon inserts to both better accommodate smaller fingers and to add cushioning for comfort. This also makes them very secure in the hand, reducing any chance of slippage . The blades are very sharp making cutting through even thick or course hair a breeze. No catching and pulling the hair! There is even a tool allowing the user to adjust the tension of the blades, a nice customizing feature. I also appreciate the rounded tips, which reduce the risk of injury when using the scissors close to the skin. While not tried, it seems these scissors would also work great for trimming mustaches and beards. I highly recommend these scissors to anyone who values quality and beauty and at a very fair price.

Surprising how many great reviews these shears received. They pulled hair when trying to cut since the only sharp area is where the shears begin to intersection. The ends were so dull, they in no way can stand up to cutting hair on a regular basis. I didn't purchase them for the brooch but it is worth mentioning that it arrived broken. Sent for a return immediately.
