This was very nice bike but I had to sell it because it was so heavy I could not lift it without help. I intended to use it camping but there was no way that was going to happen. Also, some of the bolts did not line up correctly. It was virtually impossible to return it so I had to sell it and of course lost money. I recommend finding something lighter if you are traveling with it. I travel in my van and do videos this would have been great to use during videos but did not work out.

We are retired and got two of these bikes to rude when we travel in our Motorhome! The order arrived on time, the bikes were in great shape. Assembly was quick and easy . Any questions we ran into we found explained in accompanying documentation. We have found them fun and easy to ride and maneuver!

I purchased this bike by mistake, I had 2 similar items in my cart, I thought I ordered the other one which was more like a scooter bike. I contacted the seller and they mentioned it was difficult to return the bike and if I was willing to give it try. I did try it but honestly I don't like it. I guess I would have to sell and loose some money. It is a great bike just not what I was looking for. I wish I could of returned it.

Bought two bikes, one for my wife and I. Like someone else had mentioned , if you order two, they do give two separate shipping labels and somehow received them 2 days apart. Also had a hiccup with tracking with the shipping company, but the product customer service reps were more than helpful here on Amazon and quick to respond, no complaints there. Had the the bikes for about three weeks and put about 40-50 miles on both. We love them. Assemble was a breeze, nothing crazy. Directions could be better if youβre not familiar with assembling bikes, but I had no issue. Bikes look great and overall ride great. We put a kid seat on back of ours similar to the one pictured, but we bought from somewhere else. Gotten up to about 28mph with about 200lbs on bike. Not many complaints except one: the pedals are too low to the ground. The clearance between the bottom pedal to the ground prob like 3 inches. Very easy to scrape if you are turning with pedals down, but is manageable! Also mentioned, the battery life, the farthest Iβve have taken the battery down to without charging is to about 25% and gotten about 20 -25 miles out of it. I tested this out twice already. So 70 miles as advertised will never be possible, but for me I donβt need anything like that without charging. If I empty the battery Iβll come back and post how many miles.. This is my first e-bike so my expectations are low, but like I said my wife and I both love them so far. I do recommend if you want something that looks good and pretty fun for leisure.
