This was fairly easy to do install for someone with experience in installing light fixtures. It looks good and provides plenty of light. It does not, however ,work on a wall dimmer. It uses a separate remote control for dimming and other adjustments. I had to replace my existing wall dimmer with a regular switch to make the light fixture work properly. Having a main switch for the light and a separate remote for dimming it is not particularly convenient.
