I'm very happy with this replacement garage door opener remote. It works perfectly with my Liftmaster garage door opener, and it's much cheaper than buying a new remote from Liftmaster. The remote is well-made and feels sturdy in my hand. The buttons are easy to press, and the range is excellent. I also like that the remote comes with a visor clip, so I can easily attach it to my visor. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, and I would definitely recommend it to others. These remotes were easy to program and work well with my Craftsman Garage door opener. However, I will say that the remotes feel slightly cheap in my hand. And the range is not as far as some other remotes which I have had. I got them to be able to open the door from inside the house and it works sometimes and sometimes I have to move it close to a window. The garage is not that far from the house (maybe 50 feet). Still for two at this price (I got mine free through Vine for a review) it is an ok deal.

It was easier to program one one of my door openers than it was to reset the clock on my microwave! For less than $10 each these are definitely the way to go. This two pack comes already loaded with batteries, clips and easy to understand programing instructions. There is an extra step in programming these compared to the remotes that are made for your brand of opener. That extra step takes about ten seconds to set based on the color of your openers program button. My LiftMaster programing button on my opener drive unit is red so I set this to that color frequency. Once that’s done they program exactly the same as the OEM remotes. This is all explained in 4 easy steps in the instructions. These are as good as the OEM brands at a fraction of the cost.
