The media could not be loaded. For reference I wear a 9 1/2 D for boots. There was plenty of space to orient and place the rubber in a nice spot. Because the product doesnt come with adhesive, a quick trip to home depot or lowes to pick up some shoe glue will have you set. For durability I have yet to wear these around town and get these roughed up, but the tread and thickness is similar to nike SB shoes so I would imagine that these will last just as long. ... show more

I did not have the greatest of luck using rubber cement as stated, but when combined with Shoe Goo adhesive it bonds extremely good and turn my work boots back into a useable pair. impressive gripping power Money well spent.

I used E6000 adhesive and it worked well to repair the heels of my slippers. Easy to cut and trim, and I couldn't feel any difference. The only negative is that they leave black marks on my white bathroom tile floor, but they're easy to wipe off. EDITED 1/30/2022 After I bought the replacement black heels, I bought these clear self-adhesive pads on Amazon to prevent the black marks on my tile floor. They worked great. Problem solved!     • Treds wear out quick
soft rubber is easy to cut and adheres very well but this also means that it wears out super fast. Had to reapply it after only a couple of weeks. I do work a job where I am walking about 5000-8000 steps in a day 3 days a week so take that into consideration.

I was SO disappointed when I opened this product. First of all, you had to cut the runner sheets into the size of your shoe bottom, then there was no adhesive to attach it to the shoe. I figured adhesive was either already on the rubber or glue would be included. And I have no idea what type of waterproof glue to but. Ugh! Also it's so thick that it will definitely affect how the sole feels when walking. ... show more

These rubber sheets appear to be fairly tough, although they are thin and flexible. There was enough material to cover two heels and two soles (front half) of my dress chukkas, with one extra sheet (can redo the heels a second time in the future). They cut easily, so sizing the was not a problem. The only issue I ran into was attaching them to the soles, which is not an issue with the product itself. I started with Shoe Goo, which just wouldn't hold around the edges. When the edges have come loose I have tacked them down with Krazy Glue, which has worked fine. ... show more
