These are legit insoles. These turn regular shoes into comfortable shoes. You can spend a ton of money on inserts...I can attest to that. These are very inexpensive relative to other brands, yet they blow any other insoles out of the water in terms of comfort. I bought four sets of insoles for four different pairs of shoes. I've had them for a few weeks now, and they are holding up great. I would say these are built more for comfort than they are for support. If you have ever tried some insoles that have very hard arch support, these are not that. These are just soft and comfortable. If you have a pair of shoes that just are not comfortable...try these insoles out before tossing them away. These make any pair of shoes very nice and soft.

Just don’t waste your money. There is no cushion to them at all. Wore them for a week in my work boots and my feet were killing me. I went back to timberland inserts.

Not bad for price but the toes definitely lack padding, good cusioning on the heel but i personally walk heavy on the balls of my feet where the insoles are the thinnest. Measurements on the site are in US but on the actual insoles its EU so you have to estimate where to trim them.
