The media could not be loaded. This tracker is effective, inconspicuous, and easy to use. And it's cute! The app is extremely easy to setup and use. There are no subscription fees, which is amazing. There are multiple uses for the tracker as well. I have already utilized the tracker for my car, because I always forget where I park. Its accuracy is spot-on and has saved me so much anxiety. I love the little dog on the front. I think it makes the device look really inconspicuous. If you're using it to track your car or your luggage or something personal, and if the device is found, it could easily be mistaken for something that goes on a dog collar or a charm for animal lovers. It's a clever design.

I purchased these for my dog, but quickly realized they aren't the right tool for the job if you live in a rural setting. Because they depend on a network of other Android devices to report their position, I rarely get an update on my dog's location. If you're in a city, these are probably great. For me, they are basically paperweights right now. I’m holding onto them to use as luggage trackers for a cruise in January, where I expect the high density of people will actually make them functional. If you live off the beaten path, skip these for pet tracking.

So cute, I really wished they would work. This comes with 2 tags in hard, plastic cases with 2 extra batteries. There is a set of instructions for getting started. I was able to install the app 'mytag.world' no problem on my iPhone SE. The bluetooth connection worked. I got as far as putting in the authorization code. There are 2 stickers on the front of the box with 2 different authorization codes, presumably one for each tag. I didn't see how you were supposed to know which one went with which tag. So I just entered one and pressed done. The app then went to a set up page where you select the device purpose and enter contact details (either a phone number or email). When I hit the 'device purpose' arrow it would go to another page that said "Request exception: 3840" and then the screen goes blank. I've tried both codes and get the same result each time. The trouble shooting in the instructions does not cover this situation. Their website is one page with links to the app stores. No help section. So, yet again, I have tags that should work, but don't and no way to fix the problem.

So I actually put this on my dog's collar. It was easy to set up and download the app, it's easy to use and the battery lasts forever! I love that I can open the app and see where my dog is, if she DOES get out- however it's a general location. The tracking isn't the best, as my dog cannot get out of our yard and yet it will show that she's at the neighbors or down the street on the app. Then I get alerted of movement on the bird feeder, and there she is, staring at the birds eating. So overall, it's decent but not the best in regards to accuracy. Size wise it's bigger than your average dog tag, my dog has a larger tag so it's about the same size but it's held up for months with no issues other than the accuracy in the tracking.

Decent tags but they don't work on the Find Hub app, so you have to download a separate app. Not a big deal and the app is very user friendly which is nice. The tags are supposed to be waterproof but I haven't tested that out myself. The seem pretty durable to me but the sound could be louder. However I think the same about my other tags as well because that feature is so important when you actually need to use it to find your item. It comes with 2 extra batteries and the directions are pretty easy to follow for the most part... They start out saying you need to replace the battery, however I think this is because a lot of people will use the directions in the future when the battery needs to be replaced, but idk. I just skipped ahead and was able to get it setup quickly with no issues. The tags connected right away and I've been using them for about 2 weeks now. The location isn't precise but it gives you a good idea on where to look. Plus you can play the sound and it will tell you about how close you are to the tag. Not bad for the price at all. I really like that this is a 2 pack and works with either Android or Apple device.
