I really like having the usb feature built into the adapter. My only complaint is that the plug is a little heavy and sometimes would not stay plugged into the wall outlet, depending on where I was staying. It wouldn’t fall out of the outlet but come loose enough so it wouldn’t charge.

These were so useful on our recent trip across Japan. We took them with us into 4 different Air BnBs and they were a life saver. For anyone who hasn’t been to Japan but is planning your first trip, accommodations are much smaller then you may be used to in the west. With that comes fewer outlets. While this may not be a big deal for traditional plugs, we all know that the number of gadgets that need charging via usb is constantly growing. These are the solution. Instead of one cable per charging block, these give you two usb jacks, without sacrificing any traditional plugs! The top outlet is awesome as well. I can’t recommend these enough for your next Japan trip!
