Update: The 0% air quality reading was because it was plugged into surge strip, extension, or gfi outlet. It’s still cleaning the air, so I like it. Noise level is adjustable. Easy to clean. But no matter what I do the sensor shows 0% air quality. Which is known to be an issue with this model. Which is why you can only by it on Amazon. So I have no idea if it’s working well or not. There is just to vacuum off the side filters every 2 weeks, so ai guess there’s that ... show more

Do not buy!! Purchased two air purifiers and the sensor failed on them after only a few months. The filter still shows 100%. The screens read 0% air quality and won’t stop running. Even after doing everything that they suggest, it didn’t fix the problem. Waste of money.

I don’t wake up with puffy eyes from dust or anything anymore! It is super quiet while it runs, and if you’re light sensitive at night like I am you can turn the light setting off at night! I have had this for about 6 months now. I don’t have animals and have a very clean house, so I can’t tell much of a difference. But it is sensitive to smells and definitely kicks on when cooking or candles are lit. So I assume it’s working. I have my oven on clean cycle in the picture and you can tell it isn’t happy about it! I love these! This is the second one I bought because I had one downstairs and decided I needed one upstairs too. It's a pretty closed floorplan and slightly bigger house than just one is rated for. Remember to take off the filter plastic before plugging it in. This has varying degrees of noise for various levels of purification. I set it to "Auto" so it kicks in then stops itself when 100% purification is reached, then kicks in again if it drops in quality. This air filter works extremely well and helps my sweet dog sleep better with all the poor, outdoor air quality from the forest fires. The display light can be turned off independently from the machine so that you can eliminate the light for bedtime. Well worth the money. If you are waiting for your sign, this is it...and no, I DON'T get any compensation for saying this, unfortunately. ... show more
