I installed this faux wood blind in my kitchen right above the sink, where there's often steam and splashes. After a few weeks, the slats still look brand new – no warping, no cracking, no moisture damage at all. The PVC material is clearly high quality. The cordless design is a game changer. I can raise and lower the blind with one hand while holding a coffee in the other. No dangling cords means it's safe for my toddler and cat. Light control is excellent. I use the wand tilt to let in some light during the day, and close it completely for privacy at night. The room darkening effect is solid. I also installed one in my bathroom. The 2-inch slats are easy to wipe down and don't collect dust like fabric shades. The included decorative valance gives it a finished, custom look. Installation took about 15 minutes. The measuring guide was accurate – I measured my window width and the blind fit like a glove. Highly recommend for anyone needing faux wood blinds for humid spaces.

This blind first of all looks amazing in my window. Because the pieces are so big and thick I would definitely make sure that it's a bigger molding around to be able to fit this in. Technically you can install the blind over the window instead of in the frame. For me, I measured it perfectly and the blind fit exactly in, the only issue is the top part of the blind the extra piece that attaches to the top for me was a drop too small. I had to basically wedge it in there. Also it's a little bit of a design flaw but the top piece that's supposed to clip onto the top of the blind is impossible for me to get on unless I install the blind over the window which is not what i wanted to do. Besides that, this blind honestly is fairly easy side to install but because it's heavy it's a little harder to do the measurements but once you have it, it clicks right in and it seems extremely secure. I love how you pull it down to open and just push it up to go up, there's no string. The piece on the left side to spin so that the blind opens is hard to spin, I wish was a little bit easier. Other than that this thing looks fantastic and honestly I would buy another one.

These are pretty nice cord-free blinds. Our mountain cabin came with those tiny vinyl mini-blinds that seemingly everyone owned in the 90s, and these are a distinct upgrade. The mounting hardware holds them securely, and they come with a trim piece to cover the hardware at the top. If you've bought mail-order blinds before (or really any pre-cut blinds these days) you probably more or less know what you're getting. The cordless aspect is nice and seems to work well. There are springs inside (I guess) that keep the weight of the blinds more or less neutral, so you can just grab the bottom of the blinds to raise/lower without (obviously) having to pull on a cord to do this job. My blinds were comparatively large and raising blinds that wide by pulling on a string takes so much force I get worried I am going to pull the blinds off the wall. As with virtually all blinds, there's a stick you twist to change the angle of the blinds. Trim (or "valence") is included for inside or outside mounts. I will say that these are comparatively pricey, at least for the 59" variety I got but a lot of the smaller sizes are priced very competitively. These seem comparable in quality to the more well-known brands you get at the big box stores.

I ordered this because the bathroom window needed something that could handle humidity without warping and the cordless design felt safer with kids in the house. The slats are 2 inches wide and feel pretty solid for PVC and the whole blind has a little weight to it without being heavy. The white is bright but not stark and the slats have a faint wood texture pressed into them that reads as wood from a few feet away. Up close it is clearly plastic but not in a cheap way. The tilt wand is thin and lightweight and swings freely. Installation took longer than expected because the valance clip placement was not obvious from the instructions and I had to pull it apart and redo the top section. The brackets themselves went in fine and the blind snapped into place without trouble. Raising and lowering works by pushing up or pulling down on the bottom rail and it stops where you leave it though mine sits very slightly uneven on one side when fully raised. The slat tilt gives a decent range from full open to near-closed and the light control in between is good. A small gap runs along the sides where the blind meets the window frame but it is not enough to be a real problem in a bathroom.

I ordered these faux wood blinds for a bedroom window that previously only had curtains, and they have been a great upgrade. My goal was to add some extra protection from the Texas heat and sunlight, and these have definitely helped make the room feel more comfortable. The most important thing with these is measuring correctly. I measured twice before ordering, chose the inside mount option, and the fit was absolutely perfect. If you take the time to measure properly, these should fit exactly as intended. I really like the clean, simple look. The flat white finish goes with just about any decor without drawing attention to itself. They look neat, modern, and much more polished than curtains alone. One of my favorite features is the cordless design. There are no dangling strings to deal with, which creates a cleaner appearance and eliminates the temptation for curious cats to turn your window treatments into their next favorite toy. You simply raise and lower them by hand, and the operation is smooth and easy. Installation was straightforward. My husband had them mounted without any issues, and everything needed for installation was included. Once installed, they felt sturdy, secure, and well made. Overall, these look great, function exactly as expected, and made a noticeable improvement to the room. I’m very impressed with these faux wood blinds that are made with PVC but have a faux wood texture. They look great and feel very durable. The length and width of the blinds are perfectly measured and fit precisely into the inside of the window frame. These are the first I’ve owned that have a cordless lift system; I love this feature, making them easy and convenient to use. You just push up or pull down on the bottom rail to position them. They do have a wand tilt to adjust the angle of the 2” slats. All of the hardware and a valance was included. These blinds have a semi-sheer/room darkening; they are not full blackout. They perform well for daytime sun control and nighttime privacy. My husband installed the blinds with ease! These faux wood blinds are a great, budget-friendly option!

After carefully measuring the area for the blinds, I was pleased to find that these fit just like a glove. And look like they are ready to hold the secrets of a King. These were so easy to install - it took me between 10-20 minutes to put them together with no issues. You just keep with the instructions and go slowly and it all makes sense. The blinds go up and down with your hand - such an improvement over the dangling cord which often got tangled or stopped midway. Now you just take your hand, put it under the lower faux wooden slat, and gently lift it up. It goes to wherever you stop it. This is a great replacement to our older linen one.
