I have had this for 8 days and have used it every day. I love it. I have severe dry eye and was miserable & desperate for some relief. This mask has been a true lifesaver. The inside is a very soft satin and has cushioning so it rests softly around your eyes. The head strap is adjustable and comfortable. There are 3 temperature settings, and 4 timer options, up to one hour.. I like to start off at the very hottest setting and then back off to the lower settings as time goes. The heat feels very good on my eye and has even helped with headaches. The charge lasts long enough each day, but you must plug it in after use or it will be depleted the next time you try to use it. ... show more

4 stars because it needs to charge more frequently than I hoped. I use this every night and set the timer for 30 mins and have to charge every other night. Gets nice and hot, super relaxing and for sure helps with my dry eye.

I love eye masks but not throwing them away every morning. I can’t be bothered to microwave reusable masks. I hoped but didn’t actually believe this product would get me the heat and hefty I wanted and hold up but it’s been fantastic For daily use for… nearly a month now? Great light blocking, perfect weight, and the heat is quick and comfortable. Holds a good charge. I don’t know how accurate the timer is because it puts me right to sleep every time. My eye doctor suggested using a heated eye mask for helping with my dry eyes and this one is great. Soft and comfortable, nice smooth feel on the eyes. Material does not feel cheap. The charge lasted about 2 days on 15 mins, but it's easy to charge up. Very nice fit around the eyes. Heat is perfect and you can adjust how warm you want. I have not washed it yet, but seems easy to do, I will only hand wash to be sure it does not mess it up. While the price seems a bit high, I feel it was worth the price. ... show more
