I think this is a great tripod for the value. It’s perfect for families. I have three little kids (7,4,&2). They love to put on fashion shows, do concerts, make tik tols, do dances and plays:,it makes it so much easier for me to participate and help them when I can just stick my phone in this tripod and let it run. I can edit it when we are done. This helps me to be so much more hands on as thief “director” and not just the camera person. It is sturdy and easily adjustable and quick to set up. It’s pretty heavy and stays put when a kid knocks into it, the tripod doesn't tip over. It adjusts up to 8' tall which I found pretty impressive. I like that I don’t have to constantly be the camera person and I can actually get into the video! We had t out by the pool the other day and it was incredible to be able to watch myself play with my kids afterwards instead of doing the filming. It’s a super handy tool and my kids now LOVE that mommy is on their movies, I definitely recommend this tripod. It’s a great purchase for anyone but I definitely for parents with kids. It’s a great quality for under $100!

Great Tripod. I didn't want a big, bulky tripod and this works exactly as I was hoping it would. Very flexible and perfect for doing the work that I do. I typically use my phone for recording videos and photos, but I also use it with my Canon 70D and it seems quite sturdy.

Solid spotting scope tripod.

This tripod works great for my application, witch is for a spotting scope. My scope is a large100mm version and it's long and ungainly. This tripod holds it fairly firm. Probably not as good as a $500 or more tripod, but it works sooo much better than the cheap, outdated camera tripod I was using before. Kit came with accessories that I will never use, so I cant comment on those. The unit itself though is solid.

Works, but could use a few design tweaks

My old, crappy tripod finally bit the dust and I looked forward to a more modern replacement. This one is lightyears easier to use than my old one (the bar was pretty low, not gonna lie) but I schlepp it across one shoulder as I move from place to place with my spotting scope on birding hikes and the threaded pieces that lock the ball joint down and the center column in place tend to loosen very easily. Maybe I'm just not muscling them into place enough but I don't want to stress the threads. Other than that, it's been pretty good.
