I have been looking for a folding treadmill for about a year. After reading reviews and watching the videos, and the fact that it is not sold from a third party- I purchased the equipment along with the floor mat. It did take over a week to be delivered, but that was not a deal breaker for me. I have used the device for over 30 days now. It is perfect - fits under the bed, is easy to set up/take down and maintenance is very easy. I love the option of the incline. Finally, the price was very fair for what you are getting. The good - practically no assembly. Works right out of the box. It looks good. Sturdy. Low profile allows for easy storage under the sofa. Relatively quiet. Great value. This is a small treadmill, but it's about the same size as the other home treadmills at this price point. I'm 5'10, and the length and width is challenging for me to stay on the walkway. I have to really concentrate so that I don't misstep and twist my ankle or fall off. It's probably fine for people who are shorter than me, but it would be good if there was one that was a bit longer and wider for those of us who are taller. I haven't used the remote, so can't comment on that. The controls on the rail are sufficient. ... show more

Nice compact treadmill ! Boxing & packing was very good too. It starts up slowly after a 3-second countdown. Great for the 77 yr old male recipient. Off is not instantaneous, but almost. I do not like how the control-buttons are arranged, but you get used to it. There are 2 'shortcut' speed-buttons (3 & 6) placed between the Start and Stop. Both the - & + are on the outside of those. 3 & 6 might be better by themselves at one end or the other. Not a deal breaker of course.... The remote control does not have an Off button. Pressing the same arrow-Start button, causes the treadmill to go into a Pause mode. PUS is seen on the timer-display. Another 2 pushes of the arrow-Start will resume. We find the bar-mounted control-pad much more straight forward. Nevertheless, this is a well built machine and worth the price, IMHO. Buy it !! ... show more
