Purchased two of these tablets to use in place of our older model full size laptops while away from home. Ordered them on the 18th, received a gold one on the 20th and a silver one on the 22nd (apparently the colors can result in a different vendor). I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance and sturdy construction of the unit itself. Out of the box it started up easily. Although lightweight, the keyboard connected well to the unit and was easy to use. The unit comes preloaded with many Google Apps. As I bought these tablets for entertainment, I went to Google Play and loaded several other Apps that I use. Although this activity was lagging more than I hoped, everything loaded well. The games I play were part of Facebook Gameroom so, again, the performance is slower. Overall, after just a few days and still getting use to it, I am pleased with this purchase. The looks are clean and sleek. I bought this tablet for my daughter's birthday and she was overjoyed with her present! There's only one disappointment: it's not compatible with her favorite game, farming. I wish I were more tech savvy because I would have chosen a different tablet.

    • Don't buy for games,videos,or artwork, only to browse the internet
This is good for a teenager, but not very productive. There's a few things I don't like. The first is that the processor is crap, see video. This runs smooth on my samsung tabA. Second is the screen is rough like cheap plastic, so a stylus just scratches it easily. Third is the usb2go feature drains the battery super fast, like 300% faster. The biggest problem is it has a custom build android 10 that's chinese based. So good luck tweaking it to american timezones. I had to manually set the time. Edit: I installed a Sim card and the system is doing a little better, but still lags with most games and photoshop ex. But it's usable. ... show more

the tablet came with all the advertised accessories. I wish there was a manual in case there are questions, also a place to perhaps ask for help. I had a difficult time downloading some apps. Took a long time. The speed is good and the tablet is sturdy. A very good price. The screen is clear. The touch screen, at times, needs to be touched several times before it responds. Me gustó el diseño y todos los accesorios incluidos. Pensaron en todos los detalles para que no faltara nada. Sin embargo, hubo detalles por los que me vi en la necesidad de devolverlas, ya que adquirí 2 para las clases en línea de mis niños, las cuales serían por videollamada. Y uno de los principales errores, era que no funcionaba bien la cámara estando en videollamada.... Se trababa, dejaba de reproducir el audio, y mostraba la imagen con líneas verticales rojas y verdes en el 70% de la pantalla. Peor aún si alguno de mis niños quería poner algun filtro de los que venían incluidos... Sabíamos que si le llegaban a picar, tendrían que terminar la llamada y volver a conectar porque de otra manera, no volvían a funcionar. Adicionalmente... La batería demoraba alrededor de 2hrs en cargarse completamente y en ocasiones, a la 1er hora de uso, ya tenían alrededor del 20% de pila. I got this today. It came fully charged and turned on loading fast. Very pleasing and the sound quality is o joke, playing a chime when you wake it or turn it on.. I'm listening to YouTube now and watching video's/ I have connected it with my google account to my desk top and also installed maybe 30 apps I already am using with google platy. I'm so impressed with this package deal. The magnetic keyboard is great and strong, wishing i had one like it for my desk top haha it really is great and stays secure magnetized to the case my tablet bundle came in. I'll post a video later once I'm logged in on my phone. This isn't one of those cheap flimsy devices either. 10 stars all day for this little baby and the delivery only took about 5 days.     • I think the Tablet Comes loaded with Spyware and the Accessories are Junk
I bought this tablet for my son to do his schoolwork when he is at the babysitter's. He is in an online school. Anyway, the tablet was difficult to set up. I ended up doing a factory reset before I could actually log into anything. I wonder if there was spyware installed. It was having me log into the same accounts up to 3 times. I changed passwords after I did the reset and before I tried logging in to his accounts again. It seemed to do the trick. The battery life will last about 5 hours with constant use. Standby lasts a few days. The case is very cheap. The mouse requires a USB to C adapter, making it stick out far. The keyboard is Bluetooth. Also, the pen is a POS. I would avoid this and just buy a tablet and the accessories separate. Get a mouse that doesn't need an adapter and will work through the tablets Bluetooth capabilities. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Muy bueno, hermoso y grande, compre dos primero el color plata, funciona bien. Ahora recibí el rosa, pero este tiene sonido muy bajo, se reseteo con el soporte técnico de Amazon y aun sigue sonando bajo. Me ofrecieron el reemplazo pero debo pagar el envío de este y es mas de 100 mil pesos colombianos 28 dolares para esperar otro que quizá también funcione mal. Adjunto video, en el que se compara la diferencia en el sonido entre las dos tableta. La primera suena más fuerte con todo el volumen y la segunda es la rosada. Como solo puedo hacer una reseña por los dos que compre le doy 3 estrellas ... show more
