This garage door insulation kit includes 16 panels and 2 sheets of self-adhesive hook and loop circles. The material is an aluminum double bubble, similar to a bubble packaged envelope. You may need to cut the panels to size depending on your garage doors. If cutting the panels try to be precise and not waste any. The sticking of the hook and loop circles are OK, but you will need to add extra adhesive to make them stick properly. Our garage is hot in the summer and cold in the winters, so any additional help is needed. If you buy these but lots of extra double sided tape. Because what you get are not vey good at sticking and you don’t get enough. I have had them up a couple of weeks now,there is no difference in the temperature of my garage. It is just a cold as the outside. Like it was before I put them in. In my opinion not worth the money. And you think pre cut panels would be good,we it’s not. Buy the roll insulation and cut it you self. All in all would not recommend this product. ... show more

Easy to install. I live in Arizona. I added a mini split to my garage last summer, but it was still warm in my garage. With this addition my garage is 10° cooler than without the insulation. Out of curiosity I measured direct garage door panel temps and got readings over 100°, but temps on the installed insulation side was in 80° range. ... show more
