I've recently been using this Cooksir double burner electric cooktop. I often need an extra burner or two, and this double burner cooktop, with it's stay-cool stainless steel handles allows me to easily carry it and add two extra burners wherever I need them. All I need is a power outlet to plug it in! The attractive ceramic glass top and brushed stainless steel exterior is simple to keep clean – just a quick wipe does the trick! The cooktop provides even and steady heat distribution, which means no hot spots on any pan I use. Once I set the correct temperature, it will maintain the heat consistently - which is ideal for using my small pressure cooker, so I don't need to stand over it, constantly readjusting the temperature! I like that I can take it with me to the sun room where I do a lot of my entertaining, or just bring it to the table to keep food warm for holiday feasts. The power is distributed between two burners and controlled via a knob with various levels – perfect for different cooking needs from simmering to frying. The LCD control panel has some advanced features like the timer (0-240 minutes) which automatically shuts off after counting down - a nice safety feature. It also includes a child lock and overheat protection. It's convenient that this cooktop is compatible with all types of pans, from aluminum to cast iron - as long as the bottoms are flat and between 4.72" to 9.45". However, sometimes I find myself a bit confused by the control panel when it reads "400°F." It’s not always clear which setting corresponds to what temperature level. This minor issue aside, using both touch and knob controls for power adjustments provides all the control I need while cooking. This Cooksir 2 burner Cooktop is a good choice for anyone needing a portable electric stove top. It's a great addition to my kitchen - Highly recommend!

The 2 Burner Electric Cooktop by Cooksir, is a well-constructed, good operating cooktop that can easily add 2 additional cooking surfaces to replace or add to your current set-up. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying. I. Quality – It feels and performs like a good quality cooktop. I’d put this one in the upper-middle level of the quality scale for replacement cooktops and guess it should hold up very well over time, assuming the electronics survive. II. Performance – It’s worked very good with a quick heat up that’s evenly distributed across the surface. It’s easy to clean, but I clean immediately after use, so this might not be the case if you allow it to cake on for multiple uses. The smooth top has a great appearance with a modern look, but is hard to get everything off after use. It has worked great to go on top of my counter to add an extra two burners. The power cord is too short and might be hard to run to an outlet, but at least its thick and good quality. Overall, this has been a great addition to my setup when more cooktops are needed. I also use it in the RV, when I don’t want to use the gas ones or for outside on the picnic table. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it. You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. This cooktop was purchased to be used while staying in a hotel while we search to buy house. It was just the right size to prepare meals and the temps were always consistent. Easy to clean.

I’m really happy with this electric cooktop! It’s impressively powerful – much stronger than other portable cooktops I’ve used over the years; so much so that I nearly burnt my food on the first try, lol. One of the best features is that you can use both burners simultaneously without sacrificing heat, which is a huge plus for someone cooking in a kitchen without a real oven. The sleek knobs and LCD control panel make it easy to operate. I also love that it has a built-in fan that continues to cool the unit down after cooking, which should help extend its lifespan. The anti-heat handles and sturdy little legs make it safe and practical, especially for small spaces where it might double as a stovetop. This cooktop is well-designed and powerful – a fantastic option for anyone without a full kitchen setup.
