It comes with a standard plug, making it truly plug-and-play wherever I need it. It's so convenient to move it to the kitchen, balcony, or even take it camping (with power access). The timer function is something I absolutely love. For simmering soups, I just set the timer and walk away. It turns off automatically, which is incredibly convenient and worry-free. Cooking with a single burner meant finishing one dish before starting the next, often leading to cold food. I have to give a big thumbs-up to this 1800W 2 burner electric cooktop! It’s been a fantastic replacement for my old cast iron range, and I genuinely love using it. The power and efficiency are outstanding. It boils a large pot of water surprisingly fast, much quicker than my old stove. Running both burners simultaneously is no issue at all, making dinner prep or simmering soups a breeze and significantly cutting down cooking time. It looks great and feels even better to use. The sleek all-black glass top looks modern and classy, fitting perfectly in my kitchen. I especially love the knobs, they turn with a satisfying, feeling solid and smooth, making heat adjustments precise and high-quality. Worth every penny! Stovetop is easy to use and a good size. Fits about one large pot and a skillet. Works with the pots I used and they are the caraway ones. Good build quality. Hookups via standard 3 prong outlet. Pretty lightweight and not overtly heavy. Easy to clean good value. Use it for cooking outdoors when we want to eat outside or in the garage. Overall satisfied.

I bought an insurance for the product, but I can't find it (see it on my bill purchase), and I don't know how to start a defective claim regarding this defective item.
