Wonderful E-Trike came with lots of extra's including tools to put it together. Set back's: Took a good part of the day to assemble (I'm very mechanically inclined with lot's of my own tools) CroSight did mention that in their YouTube video's. The instruction's were not supper good but combined with CroSight's build video's we got it put together. Instructions on setting up the electronic instrument panel were not good at all and no mention of a pass code (6666) in the instructions, found that out on CroSight's video shorts. Lot's of power, (extra' s) include cover, USB chargeable battery powered air pump to air up tires, cable lock, electronic instrument panel, blue tooth phone caddie, zip up bag sized for back basket, wide seat with back rest. horn, head, tail and brake lights. Great quality trike with adult sizing and thick tires! Trike is fast, fun, and powerful! I have Huntington’s disease, so I have balance and gait issues. I needed something that I knew would help my mobility as well. This is it! One small piece did break during transit, but all it took was one message customer service and they shipped a new one out immediately! ... show more

It’s cheap, but gets the job done. This is one of those devices you can get away with not buying the expensive one. The same thing cannot be said for foot and chest ascenders.

    • Questionable quality and long assembly time.

Credit to the service team for quick response to questions, they did a good job. Do not recommend this bike if you have a hard time with directions. Found the assembly manual significantly different than the actual assembly requirements, had to scratch my head and figure out the differences and there were several. The worst part of the whole assembly process was the derailer, gear cluster and pedal sprocket. Pedal sprocket was and still is bent, was able to help straighten it out by hand mostly. Gear cluster was not mounted on the axle correctly for chain alignment and the derailer is of a lesser quality but good enough for a 7 speed trike. Assembly manual pictures and print are way small for clarity. Crosight doesn't understand their customer demographics, we are older and don't see as well as we use to. Over all quality of the trike is fair at best, welds not aligned, low quality parts poor directions. This was on the lower price point of what we investigated on Amazon, can't speak for other companies quality. I would not buy this trike again. 20 plus hours of assembly mostly derailer issues. Still waiting for a replacement pedal sprocket, we'll see. On a positive note, paint and color of the trike is pleasing. ... show more

    • Difficult to assemble but great to ride

Oh my stars! This is a very mixed review- 1st: unless you're familiar with bike mechanics, I would take it to a bike shoo forr assembly. This took us a NUMBER of hours for about 4 days. This was NOT easy to put together at all. The "instructions," and I use that word very loosely, we're more like steps to put the bike together versus the how to put it together; so we had to use the videos at each step. We had to use zoom in on the video in order to tell what they were actually doing. Also, the bike being assembled in tge videos was NOT the same bike we were assembling. 2: Once assembled and tgat grueling process was done and I figured out the brakes (because I had none), it was really fun! I live in a hilly park-like college part of the city and it throttled well up the hills. There were a couple of times where I did have to push the bike up the hill a little, as though the battery was dead, but it wasn't - so I'm not sure what that was about. But, I can't wait to go out again. It still takes a little getting used to going around corners, so do use caution, but I still felt safe. I have seizures and still want independence so I'm excited that I'll be able to still be mobile (can't drive for a period of time after each seizure) & independent via the bike - it's also an alternative to using the bus system. ... show more
