The camera system is exactly what I was looking for. It was really easy to mount and get working. Take your time and read the provided instructions. This system is so much better than my old ring cameras. **Note: You should not have to reset your camera to get it to connect to the hub. Set up the hub first. Bring each camera one at a time near the hub. In the hub, go to settings and add a camera. When it's searching for your cameras, power on one camera at a time until it connects. If it is having issues I recommend deleting all the cameras that are listed on the hub and do what I said again. Lastly, reset the camera if all else fails.

CCD camera works fine but tightening screw easily broke during installation. I wonder why they ask credit card information for app installation for cell phone viewing. I'm having trouble to put credit cards registration.

I could find this cost effective product last year and bought on Agust.it was easy to install and handle. All units were performing excellent, but when we were out of the country on October, one unit stopped working due to unknown reason. when came back, I checked that camera and found water logged inside. Then another camera also sometimes stopped working felt sad. However informed the issue to the concerned personnel with purchase order and other information. Company responded quickly ,it was amazing. They sent two new cameras in one week at free of cost. now I am a satisfied customer, all cameras are working well ,securing my home. this is a highly committed company and their service is of course excellent
