Description
Why does the product not work? It is not compatible with 5.1-channel signals like Dolby AC3, please adjust the audio output to PCM before use. Setting Step: Home page→System setting→Picture and sound→Voice setting→Digital audio output - PCM. Why is there noise? Try using a separate 5V-USB power supply to power the DAC converter. Why is there no sound when using this audio converter? This product is a one-way audio converter, and the audio signal can only be transmitted to the device with a 3.5MM jack via optical fiber. Why is the volume not adjustable? This product is connected to the audio system via an optical fiber interface, so the volume cannot be adjusted via the remote control. Please adjust the volume on the device connected to the AUX interface.
