This adapter works well. We have an older Panasonic TV in our guest bedroom. Most of our guests have Bluetooth earbuds or headphones, and we wanted them to be able to watch TV at night without noise. This cable (it includes a 3.5mm extension cord which we don't need) works perfectly paired with the Airfly Pro 2, which allows 2 people to connect to the TV audio via Bluetooth. For the USB power (necessary to use this cord) we used one of the USB ports in the back of the TV. The power cord on this adapter was plenty long.
