    • 2 months and working great
Overall I'm pleased with my purchase and feel I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. The good: Heats and cools quite well. Since it's winter the heat has been used the most, but since I'm in the South, so has the a/c. Both work as expected and keep the area at exactly the temp it's set to. I installed 6 different brand/size units this year. This came with one of the most complete install parts kits and I appreciated that. The slightly bad: The inside unit makes noises during normal operation. They're not "loud". Louder than me typing on the keyboard, more like "drumming my fingertips on a hard surface" level. Pops, hisses, crinkly noises. It's in my office and about 4 feet from my head, so I notice. I have other units, but my head isn't close to them so I never hear them doing anything like this. Maybe the other ones do, but I'm not going to camp out under them and find out. ... show more

    • Good no control without remote
Cooling power: 9000 British Thermal Units Set name: 115V
This little ac does a great job. With the right tools it is a super simple install. This was the batalles to supplement a larger whole hose ac and it does a great job. I would purchase again. One thing I would have liked was for it to have WiFi and not just a remote. No controls on the ac unit.

    • Works great awesome price
Cooling power: 9000 British Thermal Units Set name: 115V
I have a Mr. Cool which I installed 5 years ago, but they are so expensive now. Decided to go with a more affordable option. Seems decent quality, no leaks so far. Super cooled. Like that it uses R32, instead of R410. Comes with a short powercord which is nice. YouTube install videos for install. Seems to be more like a 12000 btu unit, it says 9000, it just cools so much better then my 10000 btu window unit. ... show more

    • Bracket is cheap and isn’t 16” wide
Cooling power: 9000 British Thermal Units Set name: 115V
Works great but does not sit on bracket close to wall at the top. The bracket is also not centered with the unit. Nor is it 16” wide to hit any studs in the wall… So make sure you install more to the right than centered. Going to have to figure out how to fix this bracket issue so it drains properly. With it leaning forward it isn’t draining as it should ... show more

Cooling power: 9000 British Thermal Units Set name: 115V
Review Image by Dee
The outside unit was damaged. It appears to have been packaged and shipped that way since there was no damage to the box. It doesn’t interfere with the functionality of it, it works great! However, I am disappointed in Amazon for sending a damaged unit. My husband installed it and then called a tech to dry the lines and connect them. Quiet and cold!!! ... show more

    • Easy to install and super quiet
Cooling power: 9000 British Thermal Units Set name: 115V
Love this mini split. Easy to install and super quiet. I was nervous to install bit after I got a vacuum and gauges for less than a hundred bucks. Super easy. Way cheaper in total cost than the price of an AC tech to come out.

    • Arrived damaged. Arrived damaged.
Cooling power: 24000 British Thermal Units Set name: 208/230V
Review Image by Bamboo lover
Unfortunately this arrived damaged, as pictured. I've installed it and it is working okay, but I am concerned that the cracks will cause more damage and compromise structural integrity over time, leading to noisy rattling or worse. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done to replace or remedy this situation and I will revise my review accordingly to how the problem is handled. ... show more

    • Impressed
Cooling power: 9000 British Thermal Units Set name: 208/230V
So far, so good. Impressed with how it keeps our bedroom warm. Super quiet. Haven't used the AC as yet, but anticipating the same performance. Definitely considering going with mini split units in the rest of our house.
