Updated review in July: 1 star - we were having dinner and out of nowhere the light turns off, and it starts smoking. Bad transformer, stay away because this could set your house on fire. The electrician came to take a look at it and he said that the make, and model is cheap, and therefore the transformer can’t handle the load. Original review in Jan: 3 stars - Gorgeous BUT many of the crystals came damaged. And, it's not dimmable via a light switch. You need to download some sort of app and/or use a separate remote control so my lutron light switch can only turn it on and/or off. For $200 price, I guess you get what you pay for. If you're looking for an affordable chandelier, and don't mind that you can't dim it from a light switch and just want aesthetically pleasing then go for it. Otherwise, be prepared that crystals may arrive broken. And, be careful to secure them tightly or they will fall out. ... show more

I am so disappointed. While it was being INSTALLED, they found 7 chipped crystals! There were NO extra crystals in the box. I’m definitely going to have to return. What a hassle!

It looks pretty. Looks more expensive than it is, but the crystals are balancing precariously in there, so don’t touch! We managed to break a piece within a month, but there were extras sent. They must’ve anticipated selling to a family of boys.
