My food is still sticking a little bit when I use **Pompeian USDA Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Non-Stick Cooking Spray**, -But the one thing I do like about it, it fits into my cupboards. The Wal-Mart brand non stick cooking oil, the can was to tall for my cupboards.

I use it as a non stick spray, and it works great. As for taste, I don't know that I can tell. But it works and does exactly what I'd expect from a non stick spray. Lots of product in the can, the spray is hard and effective!

I like this product for all the reasons on the bottle - non-propellant and organic, but mostly because it's 100% olive oil. I used another good organic brand for many years but finally noticed it had all these other ingredients such as soy. I wanted a 100% organic olive oil and this was it.
