Absolutely recommend this lift chair. Heavier than I expected, extetemly comfortable even for me as a large man. They have a 400# weight limit cpmpared to most atound 350. Easy to assemble, and look great. Bery satisfied!

I just received and assembled the chair, no issues, easy assembly. Testing out comfortability, meh, about a 3 out of five, kind of stiff cushions. It is a brand new chair so I expect some stiffness. The massage features are mid, the back, and leg settings are extremely weak even on high1 out of 5, the lumbar and thigh are decent 3 out of 5. The heat feature on this chair, I'm hoping are malfunctioning because it is non existent. I will contact the seller or manufacturer, because if this is the normal intensity, I'm returning it. Very disappointed with this chair. Lower back support is just not there. When in full recline no support for lower back. Yes all the everything powered up ok. Firmness of seat area is very poor at its best. This recliner is not made for bigger man/women. I am 6' 1" and 230 pounds. My legs on the foot area hang over from lower calf area. This chair is made for someone about 5' 6" and 180 lbs. I would return if I could. No boxes.
