I was a bit skeptical about the product since it was very low priced compared to other brands, and i figured since its amazon i can return it if i dont like it. Well after using it for almost 2 months at least twice a week i must tell you that i am definitely keeping it. The unit is definitely very light and easy to use, no need to strain yourself with those old gas powered mowers. it does comes with extra blades which is definitely a plus, after many uses the blade still sharp and give a beautiful and clean cut. the blade should last for years unless you start hitting rocks, the mowers is very adjustable both body height wise "handle" or grass height cut, all you have to do is adjust one level. the unit only comes with one battery unfortunately, but the battery performance normally gives me 40 minutes of run time on regular trimming, and 30 minutes cutting thick high grass. you also have the option to set it for mulching if you wish. plus dont forget no more refilling the gas tank. it definitely is a convenience on being gas free, and no more spark plugs, air filter, and oil changes. the blades are only 18 inches compared to my old gas unit witch had 24 inches, i thought that it was going to take me longer because of the smaller bade size, but in reality i finished the job faster because of being a lighter unit. "actually, i didn't even get tired". i almost forgot to mention , that if you choose to, you can actually fold the machine and put it back in the box for storage. "literally 10 seconds" Pros. very good battery life, quiet unit, torquie motor and excellent performance. Cons. only comes with one battery. "so far it has not been an issue and been able to finish my house every time on one charge, approximately 500sq/f of grass". the housing is plastic. "it has not broken and it has enough give to safe itself in case that you hit a rock or hard object". I was actually so impressed with it that i actually bought a second one for my mom's house. I will definitely recommend this product.

I'm giving this mower 1 star because it is very lightweight and very easy to assemble (under 30 minutes). The problem is that even after giving the battery a full charge, the mower ran for about 5 seconds then died, 5 seconds and died, repeatedly. I put the battery back on the charger for a couple of hours, the light was green indicating a full charge, and tried again. Same results: runs a few seconds then dies, over and over. I starting the mower correctly, pressing and holding the button, then pulling the levers toward me, releasing the button, and it just dies every time. The company's website says the product has to be unused to return it, but I had to use it to find out it didn't work. I ran it a few seconds after assembly and it started right up, so I cut up and disposed of the box. Silly me. It should have been a red flag when the product registration page on the company's website was "not found." So, it looks like I'm out $151 plus tax. AMAZON: What is the remedy here?

1. Not sure the blade height adjustment is calibrated. At the maximum 3" height (notch 6) the grass is still cut pretty low. (IMHO). 2. Easy assembly (of the arm and the angle) ; no tools needed. 3. Will take twice as long as a gas powered mower, because the battery needs recharging every 10 - 15 minutes. Charging time varies from just 6 minutes to 20 mins or 30 minutes. 4. Extremely light weight (a good thing), but handles VERY well. 5. My front, side easements and backyard took 4 hours, half of which was stopping to charge. 5. The grass catcher (bag) attachment doesn't stay secure. 6. If you're lacking storage space, and don't want to store gasoline in your basement, and don't want to damage your basement stairs hauling it up and down, and your budget is limited, this 18" electric battery operated mower is a good affordable option. 7. Amazon Customer Service has a telephone no. to contact the seller, but you can only leave a voicemail and/or an email. But no email is given or provided in the recorded message.

I received the KraftSense 18-inch Electric Lawn Mower last week and tried to put it together. I'm a 75 years old widow with rheumatoid arthritis so this wasn't easy for me. It has 4 plastic knobs with nuts that fit into them that are meant to go on the long bolts that secure the handle of the mower. The plastic knobs are supposed to make it easier to put the nuts on the bolts. I tried and tried but when I would get the nut almost tightened, it would pop out of the knob and I would have to start over again. Since I wasn't having any success attempting to do this for about an hour or so, I finally decided to get needle-nose pliers and put the nuts on without the knobs. I got the nuts tightened with the pliers, though I would have preferred to have the bolts covered by the plastic knobs. That was the only hard part of assembling the mower for me. I didn't put the grass catcher on it because I live in a semi-rural area in NM and would rather have the grass serve as mulch. I didn't get the mower to mow the whole yard, which is about 4/5 acre, since I have a tractor mower to mow most of the yard, but the tractor doesn't get close enough to the fences, trees, and flower beds and using a weed whacker is hard for me. So this 18-inch mower is just right for that purpose. I charged the battery (only one is provided) and it charged in a half hour or so. The next day, I mowed around some difficult areas for a half hour or more. The mower is so light, being mostly made of plastic, that it's easy to use, even for me with my disability. I could even do it with one hand. I especially appreciated how easily it starts. I couldn't manage the pull-starter on a gas mower anymore. The battery was still about half full when I finished mowing, even though I had some tall grass to get through as well as shorter areas. The mower did a great job and didn't wear me out despite being a push mower. It's just what I needed! I would highly recommend this mower.

I purchased this mower a couple of weeks ago, and am finally ready to use it, and the battery or charger are not working. When I first tested it, it turned on fine...so I know it worked. So I put the battery on the charger...it turned red for a while.....then I looked at it the other day, and the light was blue. I took the battery and put it into the mower and it will not work. I do not want to replace or return the whole mower, if the problem is just the battery or charger. Right now it is not doing anything.

Bought this during prime week. It worked well, nice and quiet, after first full battery charge, but after second charge it vibrated and shook really badly and then stopped working completely. Returned to Amazon for a refund. Guess we will stick with our gas mower.

The Performance is great as well as light weight to operate and just to share with you that it will attract attention within questions. And when it comes to the battery charger it is a 100% Fast Charging station with a built in fan to cool down the battery after each use before charging it again and the charger fan automatically turns off once you remove the battery from it charging station. Best results for the battery charger keep it in a cool place when charging that will help with the air flow for the battery. and the battery has a LED light on it that flashes red when battery low and flash white to show it’s battery life
