I originally really wanted to like this incubator. It has a sleek design, doesn’t take up much space, and I loved being able to see all the way around it. On paper, it seemed very practical. Unfortunately, my first unit had issues with temperature accuracy, which was a major concern. However, I want to update my review because the company’s customer service truly stood out. Their communication was excellent, and they acted quickly to make things right by sending out a replacement unit without delay. That level of responsiveness goes a long way, especially today when good customer service can be hard to find. The replacement incubator has been performing much better. It is maintaining accurate temperature, and the humidity control appears to be far more stable this time. While I haven’t reached hatch day yet, everything is trending exactly as it should, and I feel much more confident in the unit. Overall, while my initial experience was disappointing, the company’s quick action and commitment to resolving the issue made a big difference. That kind of support definitely earns my respect and is something worth recognizing.

Literally just got this in today. Read all the directions, set up in ideal conditions, turned on and worked for about 10 minutes. Then, absolutely no power to it at all. Not the outlet, a lamp was also plugged into the outlet and its light never turned off. Unplugged, checked connections, plugged back in, re read through directions..nothing. Works great for 10 minutes.

It was great! I hatched quail in it. It does run a few degrees cooler so you need to keep the eggs inside for a couple more days. My quail chicks hatched in the middle of day 19. Google will tell you to stop incubating them at day 18, don't, leave them in the incubator for 22 days.

I love these incubators, I have 2 and I have hatched many chickens and ducks in this model. Very easy directions, very little installation when you get it, just pop on the gear and it’s ready to go. I haven’t had any problems. Right now I have banty eggs in one and Muscovy ducks in another. This product is worth the money! Extremely easy to clean after hatches. If you just use one bottle of water in slot A until it’s lock down time you can control your humidity with the vent. I only use a bottle on A and B when it’s lockdown time. If you are hatching for the first time this one is very easy. I loved it so much I got another one, I will be trying goose eggs in about a week.

KEEP THE FOAM FROM THE PACKAGE Do you keep your home below 75F? Then this incubactor cannot hold temp without the foam packaging around it. I also had to drape a thick blanket across the top to keep in heat and humidity. This incubator also misreads humidity. I have two independant hydrometers inside the incubator, and they will be reading 37% while the incubator insists it is 47%. I have cycled thru 6 different hydrometers, and all inisisted the humidity inside the incubator was 37%, while the machine read 47% and the ambient humidty of the room was 55% ADD WATER UNDERNEATH THE EGGS if you need to add humidity. Just tip in 1/4th cup water (ymmv) into the grating below the eggs to raise the humidity. If you arent using all 18 slots for eggs, you could instead add a cup with water in it or similar. You will need to monitor and adjust the humidity at least 3 times a day. It does accurately report the temperature. Not super impressed by this incubator, I did not want to have to babysit the eggs, but for $60 I should have expected it. I will buy a different brand next time.
