I’ve been using this 18 AMP EPOWREY charger with my 36V EZGO TXT for a few months and it works great. Charges fast — usually takes 3–4 hours to top off my batteries — and the D-style plug fits perfectly. It's weatherproof (IP67), lightweight, and has a long cable for flexible use. So far, no issues with overheating, and the safety features (over-voltage, reverse polarity protection, etc.) give peace of mind. The LED indicators are simple but effective. Just note: it's not compatible with lithium batteries and doesn’t have an LCD screen. Also, while it’s been solid for me, some users report occasional issues with auto shutoff over time. I tried a lower amperage charger but it never made it to the float stage. This one did and actually shut off when it is supposed to. Its small and compact, quiet, and did the job. This one is working great for my older 36v Cub Cadet. Batteries are about 1 year old. Can take longer to recharge but the cart is not often used.

Mine is almost a year old and it has been a good light weight charger. The problem with mine is that the cooling fan blades are breaking off. I cant seem to find anywhere to get parts to repair it.
