Great customer support on shipping issues! One improvement would be to offer the service port adapter. I have 134a gauges and the threads are different on my vacuum.

Works amazing to cool my master bedroom (12x16) and office (10x11). I have the 9000. Installation was easy. BUT....one complaint. The hose that brings the water out of the unit leaks where it connects to another section of hose! I will have to find a way to glue it or?????

Compaired a number of units before finally settling on this one. It came quicker than expected—thank goodness! It was super simple to assemble and was cooling within an hour. It is quiet and doesn’t take much space!
