We have been using this in our large warehouse and it has made a world of a difference, the space is over 7000 sq ft and this dehumidifier so far hasn't had any trouble keeping the humidity levels low, the pump that it has is amazing it automatically drains the water so we don't have to think about it. This was a huge upgrade we did if we compare it to the ones we tried, the past we tried needed constant attention but this one doesn't, now we can place it wherever its needed the most without worrying about drainage, this is easy to move around since it comes with some wheels and handles which is great for us since we often need to relocate it depending on our needs plus its really quiet.

I was searching for a commercial grade dehumidifier for my barn/garage, which is constantly wet due to water flow against the cement foundation. I found this unit on sale, and was attracted by its decent 170 pint / day capability and its built in pump, which I need because I need to get the water up and out of a window. The unit arrived carefully packaged, but was easy to unpack because, after you remove the packing straps, the box slid off so you don't have to lift the unit out. It was heavy, almost 100 pounds, but the wheels are excellent quality both front and back. It rolled very easily. I let it rest for 24 hours and turned it on. When I returned the next day, I discovered that there was a leak in the brass fitting that connected to the drain hose, likely because the connector had been banged in transit. I went to the hardware store and found a replacement fitting that worked, then wrote to customer service. Though they're in China, they responded overnight and quickly offered me fair compensation for the cost of the parts and my time. Really one of the better customer service experiences I've had, which is unusual for an international vendor. At any rate, with the brass fitting fixed, the unit has been CRANKING. I had my 2000+ sq ft space down from 88% humidity to a constant 40% humidity within 48 hours, and now the unit has no problem maintaining that easily, while not even running all the time. I expect this will cure my mold and paint problems — regardless of the wet weather here in New Hampshire. Recommended.

This has been a great dehumidifier for my 1,200 sq ft basement. While it is sizeable, moving it is simple, even down stairs to get to the basement. Humidity drops very quickly, and the auto pump works very well. It is surprisingly quiet which is a big plus. I did have an issue with original unit but the Moiswell customer support quickly diagnosed the problem and replacement it, living up to their 5 year warranty standard. Would recommend to anyone needing a commercial grade dehumidifier.

Why You Need This Item 1. It has the capacity you need to dry your area 2. It works very well, and it's not too loud 3. It has a long drain hose, and a built in pump. Without a pump, you will never stop emptying. 4. It is economical to operate. I bought this unit for my workshop, which is insulated and sealed, just like my house. The shop is cooled by 2 10,000 btu window ac units that were installed in dedicated wall openings sized the he ac units. I have a lot a expensive tools, and anyone who has tools knows that more tools are ruined by rust than use, misuse, overuse or abuse by a large factor. The AC units are adequate for cooling my shop, but the humidity was still too high. In order to get the humidity to a level where rust doesn't easily happen, you have to get it down to 40-45%. The AC units are capable of that, even in our hot, humid Alabama climate. But they had to run almost nonstop to keep it there. (At a temperature of about 70 degrees.) After adding this dehumidifier, I can easily keep my 700 sf shop humidity at 40-45% with AC temperature set at 78 degrees. That is a lot less work by the AC units and a lot less electricity. Once the dehumidifier gets the place dried out, it does not run continuously. Also, I am able to work very comfortably at 75 degrees instead of 71. It's not only a cost savings, the shop is much more comfortable to work in, and materials (wood) dry a lot faster. I highly recommend this unit. It's efficient, quiet and easy to move around. It does not take up a lot of room, and the air exhaust is only slightly warm. I had thought at first about getting a basement/crawlspace unit, but after thinking about it, this made more sense.
