The media could not be loaded. The heat pump arrived double boxed and in great condition. Installation is very easy but the translation into English in the manual needs improving. Ran the heat pump for one night and increased the temperature 2° in my 4,700 gallon 16 ft round pool and appears to be able to reach my desired temperature within a few days, which is consistent with other similar heat pumps. The unit is quiet and while running, I cannot hear it while inside my home. The app for the unit works well and I'm able to set schedules, keep track of my water temperature and turn the unit on or off through it. The unit is also an attractive appliance and appears to be solidly built. Now the but.... I've sent the company two emails with the contact information they provided and have not received a response since sending them over a week ago. There also appears to be no warranty on this unit as none is mentioned in any of the material and there's also no product registration information. The manual also states that if there's a problem to contact the after-sales service for replacement parts but I see no contact information for that. If I were to need service or parts for this unit, I have no idea how to go about that nor where to take this unit for service as none of this information is provided either. I would have given this unit 5 stars but for these issues. Now I'm deciding whether to purchase a warranty through Amazon or sending the unit back if I do not hear from the company soon. I will edit this review if/when the company responds.
